I learned last night that my ex has gotten married. She's a lot younger than him and very pretty. I know I'm much better without him but my ego and self confidence has taken a real hit. I'm 64 and am told that I look much younger. But menopause and being regected by someone you love is very hard on my inner self . I really have not taken care of me for the last 3 years I'm going to take to heart your encouragement and beauty tips and begin to love myself more.

Thank you for your encouragement. I have worn make-up, done my hair and taken care of myself since I was a teen. I don't do it for anyone else. I do it for me. My husband will say, I don't like your hair long. I say, "well, I do, so I can put it up and down, I will never let myself go or decompose...lol.........I have been a blonde since I was born and that's how I will die.......Most women give up and say they don't care anymore, I am happy with myself. That's fine, but not for me. I have also been thin most of my life. It is an effort, and other women get jealous because I am tall and thin....Well, the older you get the harder you have to work at it, but its worth it :)

I must start this whole "Become" practice in the mornings. My nighttime skincare regimen has now become a 45 minute act of love instead of a 10 minute "get it over with so I can get to bed" routine! It's saved my mental health through covid and I firmly believe that.

May sound wild but look it up your not Only getting collagen the vitamins are amazing..use grass fed beef bones I use A online CO western grass fed beef, it does make you feel amazing but after a couple of months 2-3 months youlll diffidently feel great you'll start seeing A more youthful and plumper face. I mentioned to my hairstylist that I was having trouble getting the right shade of eyebrow pencil since going grey. My eyebrows are black, but now black is too stark for filling in. She recommended using "ash brown" which cured the problem of browns being too orange for my winter complexion. She'll be getting an extra tip the next time I see her!
10 yrs younger? I got filler injections and PRP facials. And lastly, got my eyes done. Best money I ever spent. My head was in a good spot, just had to get my skin to be younger.
Good for you! And don’t be ashamed of doing those things. Those things will define take 5-8 yrs off depending on many factors. The face and neck lifts do wonders too. If your eyes are droopy try the old fashioned forehead lift.

I am going to be 67 this year but i still like your tips and exercise videos. so anyway my eye shadow has become less and less because of the crepey wrinkles on my lids now. I’ve been using a liquid gray or rusty color slightly shimmer( wander beauty) shadow on my lid and in my eye bone crease a little darker. I’ve had to play with it because sad to say that’s just what happens when nature does it’s thing on your face at my age. Thank you for all your tips.
Do you have any tips or recommend products that are very inexpensive? I’m 51 and single again after 24 yrs of marriage, I was a stay at home Mom to 4 children. I think this is very important because for a while I couldn't look into a mirror. Aging was and still does play with my mind. I think what is more difficult is that I've had sleeping problems so long after post menopause that it shows on my face many times. It is so important to see what is reflecting from inside through your eyes versus focusing on the signs of external aging.
I get you, i hit menopause and got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, now a year in i can hardly walk, my life i feel is ruined, just as my life should be enjoyable. Its hard to look great when you feel poorly but you mustnt give up hope ever, i cant sleep well either, sometimes you see the worst of yourself that others do not, best wishes to you x

Schellea - I'm 55 years old and tried your flicky-eyeliner technique last week. I am going to be 67 this year but i still like your tips and exercise videos. so anyway my eye shadow has become less and less because of the crepey wrinkles on my lids now. I’ve been using a liquid gray or rusty color slightly shimmer( wander beauty) shadow on my lid and in my eye bone crease a little darker. I’ve had to play with it because sad to say that’s just what happens when nature does it’s thing on your face at my age. Thank you for all your tips.

Do you have any tips or recommend products that are very inexpensive? I’m 51 and single again after 24 yrs of marriage, I was a stay at home Mom to 4 children. Now I’m out on my own with no job experience, therefore my budget is very low. I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help women feel fabulous in their 50’s.
I think this is very important because for a while I couldn't look into a mirror. Aging was and still does play with my mind. I think what is more difficult is that I've had sleeping problems so long after post menopause that it shows on my face many times. It is so important to see what is reflecting from inside through your eyes versus focusing on the signs of external aging.
I get you, i hit menopause and got diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, now a year in i can hardly walk, my life i feel is ruined, just as my life should be enjoyable. Its hard to look great when you feel poorly but you mustnt give up hope ever, i cant sleep well either, sometimes you see the worst of yourself that others do not, best wishes to you x

This is so helpful. I am just starting to seriously wear make up at 55. I was always a tomboy and must of had oily eyes and melted everything off immediately. I just got my primers and I will get to it.
