I started listening to you about 3 months ago when I was thinking about making a CZcams account and do exactly what you do. When I started watching I realized im not nearly as well spoken about my inner thoughts. I think I’m finally learned enough about myself fully to be able to express it now and I thankyou for giving me a great example to go by🙏🏽
It's so easy to become trapped in the mindless consumption, to watch videos just to have some stimulus. Whenever I'm stuck and click on your video to fill the noise, I can't help but become unstuck. The way you articulate your ideas is simultaneously, comprehensible and profound. I resonate w this video so much bc for years now I've been bettering myself inconsistently, but finding it hard to see if I've changed. I think bc I battle with having to constantly make the choice to change rather than fallback on what's familiar. Comfort is a familiar friend who will always help us feel good, but does little to help us grow and I'm ready to release myself from comfort so I can grow. I say a lot but do little which means I'm not practicing these things that would be so powerful in my journey. Thank you for another great video :)

I didn’t realize my past is an unchanged me. It’s a place with more ignorance and maybe more bliss but that is a less changed self. Where I’m at now, I wouldn’t do what I would do back then. I want to be intentional which takes presence, not in subconscious. I think intention is where change occurs because if we want something we create a future for it. When we dwell on something we create a future for the past. We cycle it. “There doesn’t have to be an end to you” - we aren’t one thing, one identity, one version. this feels like freedom 🫶
This one seems a bit different and I enjoyed it a lot. Now I gotta contemplate on the fact that I'm a concept. "Conscious becomes subconscious becomes us." I loved this quote. The live failed yesterday so I definitely wasn't expecting an upload today. But you're hella consistent as always. I'm taking this as "fall down and get back up, over and over again" The idea about becoming malleable instead of building a wall, that's a new one. Ion understand that one yet. Thank you for sharing!
Me and this girl stopped talking, the bond slowly went away but I was comfortable enough to share my life with her so it doesn't feel right that it ended. I feel like I failed her as a friend, ignoring her in school but talking to her on text. I think now she realized I wasn't shit, but I want to apologize cause I hate ending things without a good reason. Maybe I'm too deep in it but I care heavily for this girl.
