  • In response to a couple of queries from subscribers a tutorial on how to do a 'round braid' weave and a Matthew walker knot. Just my take on these techniques and there are probably far better ones out there! This is just how I do it.

    Very interesting video. Thank you! When the braid is complete, how do you close it, to stop the work?

      You can either use another Matthew Walker (as these tend to 'walk' toward the loose ends it is useful to make the braid a little 'tighter' just before it finishes so you can then take up any slack that the knot introduces) OR you can 'whip it'. See my earlier videos ET#28 and ET#34. These introduce whipping the transitions and stripping out the inner strands from the paracord. Thanks for watching.
