- Here are some ramblings on why you should train for a marathon. I suppose therse aren't the only reasons one could or should train and run a marathon, but they are good ones. So... Do It!!!

Hey bud! Just wanted to give you an update post Chicago Marathon. I finished it in 3:42. My first marathon back in January of this year was 3:51. I didn't end up going sub 3:30, but I always knew that goal would be a stretch. Nonetheless, I'm still incredibly happy with my new PR. Slowly but surely chipping away at my time each race. Keep up the great work. Trust the taper! The finish is in sight!!!
