The recipe says equal parts coconut milk to limestone water. In the video it appears you’re adding like half a cup of limestone water not equal parts. Is it correct?

Why is every single video giving different ingredients? All over youtube they are all different. My Issan girlfriend is also telling me to grind sticky rice to make flour and other recepies telling me to use tapioca flour, other recipes telling me to use coconut flakes. I have spent over 2,000 baht on ingredients and all the videos are using different ingredients. 😢

Thai cuisine offers a range of interpretations, and ingredient choices can vary. I used all the ingredients exactly as my grandmother does when making this traditional dessert, but it's okay to experiment and find your favorite version. Happy cooking! 😊👩‍🍳
