    Hi Domanee, I cant reply directly to your comment for some reason... We used chicken eggs, but you can also use duck eggs if you want. It is hard to find duck eggs around here though :D

      +Buyvitamins007 blogspot Hi, thanks for the comment! Maybe you could tried pasteurised dried egg whites? We never used them before, but might work ok? It should be fine without the egg shell, that just helps make it a bit more crispy. If you try let me know! :)

    How about the cook temperature if we use an electrical crepe machine?
    Thanks

      +Selim Atadinç Hi Selim,
      Calcium hidroxide powder is the traditional way to do it, they don't sell it where we live in Europe so that's why we used egg shell. If you can't get mung bean flour you can leave it out, they should still be nice without it :) I'm not sure about the electrical crepe machine, maybe just test with it, just use a low heat and raise it until you get it right. Good luck and thanks for watching!

    How u make the wipe cream?

    • @Siamsizzles
      @Siamsizzles  Před 8 lety

      +pajkub vaj Hi Pajkub, you mean the cream inside the crepe? You make that by adding 3 egg whites and 1/2 cup of sugar to a jug or bowl, and whisk for about 5 to 10 minutes until you are left with a thick cream.
