@@ngg3492 before iOS 15 yes. When the update came out, about a month ago, The feature was disabled and removed by Apple

Simply swap left tap view & screen will pop up at front screen type messages & reply without getting online at Whatsapp but those who used WhatsApp GB that’s a different case as that thing designed to show you who is online under offline mode & let you inform who’s gets online in hidden way 😅
