I love everything and the colors OMG love it. Lady I have not been feeling like putting an effort in my clothes but today I felt like putting in that extra step and I was told several times how good I looked and it made my day. @@agelessrestyling Hello.. I am somewhat a silent subscriber. But.. I had to comment about the Thrift stores are so busy now.
My reason is because of the ECONOMY is quite different. The high gas prices,food prices and everything else has went up. Therefore it is no more splurging on clothing.

Oh yes indeed... I began thrifting in the early 2000s and that was looooong before social media was as big as it is. I also miss those days before thrifting suddenly became "trendy" or a business for resellers and even for the corporate thrift headquarters itself that went from charitable to more business influenced judging by the influx in prices and reduced holiday sales to unload the merchandise.
My sissy and I talk about the old days. We miss it 😪

CZcams suggested your channel and I love it! You remind me so much of my Aunt . She always looked nice. I’m a stay at home mom and have let myself go. Whenever, I have to go somewhere I never know what to wear. Thank you for showing me that I need to put some effort into putting my outfits together and to smell good, too ! Thank you so much for supporting the channel. I remember when my children were younger and being a mother I realized that I was letting myself go and I did not like that. I learned that in order to be the best mom to them I had to take care of myself as well. So I started putting in the effort and never stopped. Taking a little time for you is just as important as the time you give your family. To tuck or not depends on the look I am going for. Generally if the top is silk or silky I’ll tuck but a linen or cotton top I may not tuck or half tuck depending on the look. 😊

So Ms. Sharon one thing I've been meaning to ask in regards to your shoe collection, being that I also have a lot of shoes (an understatement, lol) have you encountered the dreaded dry rot? I'm trying to find ways to reduce or eradicate dry rot over my shoes. If you know/have any tips, I would be most grateful. Thank you very much.
Yessss I have and it’s upsetting because some shoes are barely worn. I’ve not found a cure yet but I do notice that my shoes that are all leather, top and bottom fare better.
@agelessrestyling Ah well I guess no one is immune, lol but I agree... certain materials fair much better. On a side note, although shoes are my first love, my experiences with dry rot (even unfortunate situations with the whole sole coming off while I'm walking out with them on 😮) have drawn me closer to being more involved with clothes.
