    Weird, I have a Pittsburgh tool set for my car and broke a socket and just brought it in and they replaced it no problem

      @@createinvent maybe. Also could’ve just been an employee that didn’t fully know the policy and thought I could just bring it a broken Pittsburgh socket and get a free replacement

    Thats easy to understand. They just sell sets.
    And if you got a new complete set everytime you brought in a broken socket, people would take advantage. If you want service on a parts level buy from the snap on guy...

    This is just false, at my local HFs(multiple) you bring in your broken socket then they open up a new set give you your replacement then they sell the remaining set in their as is/open box section later on. That's how they're suppose to operate, you encountered some employees who don't know jack, oyu should reach out to corporate if a manager was giving you a hard time
