Not one correct push up was done that day. What is so hard with doing full range of motion...going all the down and all the way up. Doing half reps or cheating is not going to make you better. His bottom half of his body is not even moving together with his upper body.

Steroids doesn't make you stronger neccisarrily, you still have to put in the work, most guys who use it use it because they've reached thier physical natural limit, so they cant get bigger so they start using steroid

The proof's form was perfect! while his was far from it! He wasn't going straight to the bar for his pull ups, the swing he gave himself is making it way easier and his push ups were horrible!

I had shoulder surgery back in 2017 and have been slowly, but surely, retraining my body and getting back in shape. I hope to come to NYC one day and participate in this challenge 🙏🏼 all of these videos are incredibly inspiring and anyone can do it if they put the heart, body and soul into it!! He used different parts of his back n stopped his swinging on the pull-ups.
Then he took his lower body out the push-ups and and did a crazy twist with his arms and elbows 👍
2 things to consider. Train the muscles not the joints, meaning half reps are still ok. Secondly, time under tension, meaning if you are bouncing you are not working the muscle entirely like it could be worked. Another thing to consider is nervous system gains, that means fast reps count for something but potentually hinder muscle developement if fast repping is the go to for gains.
Are we gonna ignore the fact big body bes is just doing parallel bar pushups at the start like wtf

Nice effort, this guy is definitely a beast but push-up form is terrible and pull-up form is average, elbows never straighten when coming down and he doesn't go above the bar on a few reps. I'm taking up this challenge this week and will post a video if I can do it 🤞

@@matroscristian haha maybe not time-wise but my form will be much better. Also when doing pull-ups, head should always remain still and looking forward. Tilting your head back to get your chin above the bar is a form of kipping. Atleast half his reps are like this

Having suffered a PCL injury a couple years ago makes it difficult to go heavy on my left leg even 2 years on (squats is difficult coming up), but I still do as much legs as possible, mostly bodyweight exercises with a weighted vest, cycling and uphill running. My legs might not look aesthetic but they are stronger than you think. Thanks for the feedback - I'm always trying to get them to grow but it can be tough with ongoing setbacks!
@1thug aka Hollywood Coke!! hey buddy I wasn't hating. The guy did an incredible time so I commend him on that, but form has to be correct for each rep to count, and as many other people have pointed out / agreed, his form is poor (that's the best word to describe it). Kipping head above bar (sometimes not going above the bar) and not straightening arms defines poor form in pull-ups. And the pushups are not complete and only his upper body is coming up on most reps. Anyway, I enjoyed watching him (he has given me motivation to try the challenge today) and gave my honest feedback, he said himself he will try improve his form for next time.
