Is it possible to make it like harmonium+musette ( type of accordion) so that it will have a high frequency sounds in upper octave?

Lovely! I do enjoy learning new stuff like this about the harmonium. A gentleman commented the idea of having a harmonium with a musette like sound. Is there any kind of reed that sounds like a clarinet? That’d be so cool!
