When I first heard this song, I thought it was really romantic, but for the past two weeks, I've realized you can be someone's polaris in a platonic way as well.
As somebody suffering from the effects of depression, this really hits home. I think every person, in their own way, needs their own polaris.

Sometimes, peoples are lonely but blind. Blind of the people that care for them. I was blind too. I tought that I'm alone, I tought that no one cares, I am strong, good just by myself because that's how I'll live, alone. I wanted to scream for help, for someone to hear me, to see the truth, to see how powerless and lonely I am. I wanted to be saved but all I did was to hide that under a 'strong person that doesn't care' mask. I hate when people see me crying because I want to be strong but I hate when no one notice my pain. I was hiding all inside. I lost my way, my goals and dreams. I was numb and no one was there for me. That's what I tought. I was so wrong. It's not that no one was here, not that no one wanted to get closer, to break my walls, to listen and understand, to hug me and stay by me. The problem was that... without knowing, I was blind of all that. My pain made me to tought like that, to belive in a lie. It was like I didn't wanted to be saved. Sometimes people act like that because they are blind just like I was. People that lost themselfs and feel lonely. They just don't want to be saved. No matter what you do, say or think, you can't save, you can't even try and help a person if they don't want to. If you feel something, bad or good, YOU are the only person that can change that. YOU are the one that give people power to help you or destroy you. EVERYTHING starts and ends FROM YOU. Remember that there will ALWAYS be someone that is happy and smiling just because you are with them. If you want something, then act like that. It's fine to beak down sometimes and cry, feel helpless, you have feelings and you get hurt no matter how big or strong you are, but after that, calm down, get up, give yourself a face palm hard and keep going. Make sure you never cry for the same reason and LIVE your life. Trust me on that, NO ONE will magicaly come into your life and make it better, that's real life not a book or movie, YOU have to meet people and find the ones that can change your life. Be yourself, don't be ready to die for anyone, be ready to live for your future, your frinds, your family, your story.
Alex Yuuki I went through a hard time like this one. Sometimes my past haunts me, but I'm okay. I'm the one who cannot express that in words. Thanks for being the voice for others who can't do that :)
Annie, I know it may sound selfish or rude because I don't know your story but don't let your past to haunt you. It's hard and it hurts but you have to accept it no matter what. We all have things that we want to change in our past but the truth is, we should not. Your past, your pain and struggles are the ones that make you who you are today. Don't forget everything that you may want to, learn from it.
I don't think I'm good with words. It was really hard for me to try to explain what happened to me and it's hard for me to speak about that. I'm afraid that I won't be able to use the right words.

I have come to a point in my life that I want to cry so hard but there are no tears left, I feel like I don't have a soul anymore, this song gives me a very "strange" feeling like if something in me feels sad. Dunno I think I am just going crazy. I love Aimer's music.

Hope you're feeling a bit better. Feeling empty is so much worse than feeling sad. I remember. But it can get better, depression is defeatable. I hope you managed to find help and solace in those around you. Nobody deserves to be depressed.
