    chicken chili dry with fried rice
    Ingredients for chicken strips:
    Chicken boneless 500g
    Flour 2 tbsp
    Corn flour 1 tbsp
    Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
    Vinegar 1/2 tsp
    Hot sauce 1/2 tsp
    Egg 1
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
    Oil for frying
    Ingredients for boiling rice:
    Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups
    Salt to taste
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Water as required
    Ingredients for scrambled eggs:
    Eggs 4
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper 1 tsp
    Orange food color few drops
    Oil 2-3 tbsp
    Ingredients for fried rice:
    Oil 3 tbsp
    Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
    Carrots (chopped) 1/2 cup
    Capsicum (chopped) 1/2 cup
    Cabbage (chopped) 1/2 cup
    Green onion 1/4 cup
    Orange food color 1/2 tsp
    Corns 1/4 cup
    Peas 1/4 cup
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    Boiled rice as required
    Scrambled egg as required
    Ingredients for chicken chili:
    Oil 2-3 tbsp
    Garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
    Soy sauce 1 tbsp
    Green chilies 10-12
    Salt to taste
    Black pepper 1/2 tsp
    Chicken stock 1/2 cup
    Fried chicken as required
    Directions:
    Cut chicken boneless into thin strips. In a bowl add chicken strips, flour, corn flour, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, egg, oil, salt, black pepper, red chili flakes and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and marinate it for 15 to 20 minutes.
    In a bowl add water and soak Guard Basmati rice for 30 minutes. Set aside.
    Heat oil in a pan and fry your chicken strips until light golden brown. Set aside.
    In a pan heat oil, sauté garlic in it for a minute. Add vinegar, soy sauce, chicken stock, salt, black pepper and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes or until your sauce starts to thicken.
    Add chicken strips, coat them nicely in sauce and then add green chilies and cook it for a minute. Take it off the flame. Your chicken chili dry is ready to serve.
    Then simmer water in a pan, add soaked rice, oil, salt and boil until rice is 80% cooked. Strain and set aside.
    Take a small bowl and whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper and orange food color.
    Heat oil in a pan, add eggs and cook scrambled egg on medium low flame. Scrambled egg is ready set aside.
    Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté it for a minute. Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage and cook for 2 minutes. Then add corn, peas and cook for another two minutes.
    Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and mix. Lastly add boiled rice, scrambled egg, green onion and cook it on high flame for a minute.
    Lastly drizzle food color on top, cover the lid and let your rice simmer for 5 minutes. Your fried rice is ready. Set aside.
    Take a round mold, add rice in it and press. Flip it on your serving plate, add chicken chili dry in center and serve.
    Your tasty chicken chili dry with fried rice is ready.
