There have been many Koreans living in Inner and Outer Manchuria since ancient times. That's where the ancient and symbolic Korean kingdom is located, and that's where proto-Koreanic speakers originate.

Correction: While it is technically true that Koryoin or Koryo-saram immigrated during Japanese rule in search of better lives, this video Kinda made it sound like they voluntarily moved all the way to Ukraine, which isn't the case. They moved to modern day Primorsky Krai, which is called Yeonhaeju in Korean. It is seashore land attached to Korean peninsular. This piece of land changed ownership so many times throughout history, Northern Nomadic tribes ruled it for sometime, two Korean kingdoms ruled it, three Chinese dynasties ruled it and finally it is currently ruled by Russia. For most of history though, although ownership of this land changed hands so much, no rulers really cared for this land as this land was at the outskirts of kingdoms and mostly barren wasteland. So many people just came here to escape the watchful eyes of Japanese imperialism.
But soon soviets realized many Koreans were gathering on what is technically their land. They saw this as a threat, as they assumed Japanese spies can be mixed in with these Koreans. So Stalin with his infinite wisdom(/s) decided that all the Koreans living in Primorsky Krai, to be forcibly sent to Central Asia. That's why ethnic Koreans can be found in these regions.

If you can't increase the birth rate, then encourage ethnic Koreans to move there. All Korea needs is one generation to be born there and they will be full Koreans.

The low birth rate is because some Korean fugitives who escaped Korea didn't register their child born from their foreign girlfriends at the Korean Embassy abroad. They are hiding in Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam and some who were found there were deported back to serve Korean jail time but their half Korean kids can't be registered as Koreans without their Korean father processing their papers. Also, this Koreans born in ex-USSR states will not be able to understand the new generation homegrown Koreans since women of ex-USSR countries are domesticated to do housewife roles but new generation homegrown Koreans born 1970s above expects women to work even though married and raising small kids (effect of western feminism). If they try to date a homegrown Korean man, it will end up in divorce because emasculated roles are vanishing due to feminism. Famous influencer Daud Kim who married a half Kyrgyzstan woman run away from his responsibilities and didn't even appear in divorce proceedings because he's escaping alimony for child support. He even let his wife work while she was pregnant with their second child since he never shared his earnings to his family for their family expenses, he just used his earnings for his personal consumption like beer and solo travel (manhood went missing)

I agree, I'm a Hungarian and the Hungarian birth-rate was decreasing a while back and it was getting fixed, however with a new addition of Ukrainian refugees it's effectively providing a boost to our population. So we should intermarry and mix with the Ukrainians as we have always have done with our neighbours whenever our population was reduced and needed to be re-filled.

@@containedhurricane True though preferably with those who we are more related to or closest to etc. I mean the population of Hungary is roughly 9 and a half million, but with a new addition of 1100 000 Ukrainians (especially young generations) even if it's a challenge for now a bit, but in the long run its really good because that way we don't have to worry about our country having an aging population like in Western Europe.
