Sir ekdam last question me if we assume month to be 28/29/30/31…in first 3 cases (28/29/30), we do not get any matching answer, but if we assume month of 31 days, then 31st will be monday, and thus 26th will be Wednesday (which matches one of the given option).

That's is D = d × q + r
Here D is number you want to divide (i.e, 2) , d is the number that will divide D ( i.e 7) , q is
quotient and r is remainder
So now 2 = 7 × 0 + 2
Because 7 can divide 2 only 0 times that will leave 2 remainder
