You could've had James Rolfe in this video and it wouldn't recieve as much fanfare as having Greg. People who've never left a like on a video in their whole selfish lives will leave one on this.

In fairness, I never knew until recently what the point of a Like was. Now I like all the videos from CZcamsrs I enjoy content from ever since Stop Skeletons From Fighting made their video about their horror story.
@@EtherBoo On social media I often use Likes as a statement saying "I have seen your content" double more so if I actually liked it. But on youtube I rarely use it because videos I Like automatically get added to the "Videos I Like" playlist on my channel, and I don't want that list to get spammed with all 25.000 videos I see on a daily basis. I know it helps creators immensely to have their videos liked, so if the above can be prevented I would do it more often for sure.
@@PikaLink91 Well that happens to all of us. I don't think any of us use that as a playlist as there are other ways to save videos. What ConsoleWars does takes a lot of work and tedium. If we as fans can help them get statistal recognition, we should.

A lightgun Console Wars battle with The Justifier would also be great. In this case it has to be a huge victory for Sega because it has eight compatible Justifier games (Lethal Enforcers, Lethal Enforcers II, Snatcher and the five FMV games also compatible with the Menacer) while Nintendo only got one (Lethal Enforcers). Even if you leave it to the Mega Drive only with no Mega-CD, it's still two games (both Lethal Enforcers games) down to one (only the first one).

You don't need a Emulator to play Sega/Mega CD game that cost a lot. All you need is the Bin/Cue files from the CD and burn to a CD-r and it will play on the Mega CD (No copy protection on the Sega/Mega CD) Burn and play. Make sure the region is correct "If you use a different region then the disk will need to be patched" or use a Everdrive with Bios changer.
He's back, this was great... My friend just mailed me a Superscope 6 that he found in the back of a truck. Someone was getting ready to throw it away. Box and styrofoam and everything was intact.

Last episode, I predicted your next one (which is this episode) would be your best episode yet... you didn't disappoint!
I like how you explained what categories would be used for this particular episode, how in depth you went into describing the peripherals in general, the games included with the peripherals and how they work with their respective peripherals, as well as how they work with Terminator 2: Arcade (which alone can be it's own episode), and of course the peripheral/system exclusive games! I definitely feel you and Pat went all out on this one!!
Overall, it's not my personal favorite episode of the series, but it's still your best one yet!!!

Both the SNES and Genesis versions are very different, but neither of them are good; they’re both awful. Yet we like to know which one is worse than the other

As for the hint, I have no clue what that first picture is supposed to mean but the other two makes me believe that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Tournament Fighters is the next episode. If it is, judging by everything I've heard about the two games over the years, Genesis is about to suffer his second loss in a row.
Good episode. Great seeing Greg and he looks like he's in a better place. I didn't recognize him. The meta joke made me rewind to make sure it was him. Beard gains looking strong.
I think it would be a good idea to invest in a Mega SD. It would have resolved the freezing issues and still allows you to play games on original hardware without worrying about scratches ruining the games.
Also, going to make a correction. The 32x Sega CD games still required the Sega CD, they just allowed the video quality to be much better due to the improved colors from the 32x.
It's not often that I feel compelled to salute a CZcams video but...

I am surprised by the subject of this video as I never heard of Sega Menacer. I am also surprised that Sega never did a Sonic themed game for the Menacer like Nintendo did for Mario and the Super scope.

Honestly this was ambitious like your art episode. I was very surprised to see Greg too. Sadly I can't directly judge on both of these for different reasons. I never had an Super Scope but I might've had Konami's light gun for that console. I did own an Menacer but I never got to actually play with it long story. My brother got to play it while they tried figuring out how to play with it. You guys worked very hard on such a great episode.

Odd mention - U can use the Mario Paint mouse w/ T2 Arcade. Gives that T2 Arcade on SNES the slight edge overall. This is the all-around slickest episode of Console Wars 2.0 thus far! Much props, Dan & Pat!

Catching up on some episodes I missed. Y’all just introduced my daughter to these 16-bit guns haha. I had the Menacer growing up and always wished I had the Super Scope instead! We had the Menacer 6 and Terminator. Having a decent arcade port of that game rocked, but the Super savior games were much more appealing as we hated FMV although loved the Sega CD. I think I remember trying out Menacer on Corpse Killer... that was Ok... Great episode!
