I have never before seen a situation like this, when May 14-th and everything is freezing...
Potatoes had frozen kind of weird, half of them, without any visible logic. Grapes are fully done, so is the mulberry...

Lost everything too last month, had nice apricots, all gone after 3 nights in negative. No apple, and cherries, which I thought survived, are finally now all falling from the tree

hm... apples, peas and plums seem to be alive in my case, but given your experience I am not sure now.

i have lost more in my garden to late frosts than bugs or disease so i have learned to have methods in place to protect from a late frost. i have special fabric covers and put in frames for much of my early garden. its sad to wake up and see nature has given you such bad luck.

      Yes it is sad.
I'm thinking of adding a greenhouse somewhere maybe for future.

@@ModernUkrainianHomestead its easy to keep a greenhouse very warm by composting in the greenhouse. a compost heap is 60C inside for months.

yep, I thought of adding one, thus not this year already... as of warmth - will probably use the dumpload resistors from the wind turbines ))
