    Price is Discounted to $19,900 which is haggle-free/firm (no matter if you pay cashand/or trade), and considering it's impossible to put any kind of guarantee on a 1985 model motor home it's obviously sold as-is. please refer o the video to see what works and do not be afraid to call and ask questions before coming to look yourself. We will attempt and have a very good chance of getting the generator to run but we cannot guarantee that we can until our RV techs look at it due to the age of the original generator that was built when Ronald Reagen was president. Please check with salesperson to verify if its operational.
    We will plug RV up and let customers check systems for themselves before purchase and any buyer always has the option at their own expense to hire a 3rd party RV inspection service if they wish to do so. Keep in mind this is a 37 year old RV it is sold AS-IS only.

This is a cash sale only. We do not offer financing on a antique RV. Parkway RV Center also does not charge any doc fee, no prep fee, no tag/title fee, etc. Don't fall for the big RV dealer fee scam. All those Fees are 100 % dealer profit !!

    Wowza!! That Barth is in amazing condition, and you can see the quality workmanship throughout. The exterior is beautiful also. Enjoyed the ride along, good to see this old gal still on the road!

    10:13 - Back then, companies still took pride in their products - and they built them to last through the tests of time. Heck, I still have and use the same washing machine and dryer that I bought brand new back in the mid 1980s - and they both still work great with only having done minor upkeep on them throughout the years. It's unfortunate that right now I'm in the process of retiring, selling out, and moving out of state (fun, fun, eh!?) or I'd come buy this precious gem tomorrow! Thanks for the video all the same, it's fantastic to see an older coach like this still in such good condition - it brings back a lotta memories from a time in my life that's long since passed!

    Love it. My '88 Barth 25' Regal with that same drivetrain loves 70mph on level ground. It's not really happy with steep hills, but in its defense, I always tow my wife's Xt5 as a toad. It'd be perfect if it had an overdrive and fuel injection- both of which I plan to add. These old rides do require a little love and have their quirks, but I am happy we bought ours last year, and we do enjoy it. I've got some upgrades to make this winter, hoping to take a multistate trip next year in it.

    Bo, that Barth is sweet! I remember when they were built. It’s totally vintage and mostly original which collectors love. I honestly hope that whoever buys it, keeps it just as it is. I hate when someone decides to lobotomizes it by slopping white paint over everything. It’s then worthless since it has no personality left. Thanks for sharing!

    This is my second comment. Beautiful Barth there. Our 1989 P-30 chassis Barth 22 Foot Class A with a carberated 454 will comfortably cruise at 65mph, but I do 55 to 60 for better mpg. I'm getting 9.8 mpg on combined mountain and level roads. You said it perfect...it IS a Route 66 type motorhome. This spring we're doing Route 66 from California to Springfield Mo. (the driveable parts). When you own a vintage Barth you get a lot of 👍 everywhere you go.
    Aluminum and rivets beats fiberglass ALL DAY LONG. Once again,thanks for another great video.😎

    That’s very cool and in unbelievable condition. It can almost be possible that it only has 13k miles on it!
    Hopefully whoever buys it keeps it up and stores it indoors!
    I too would keep thenTV’s and radios. You could put a digital converter on the TVs and still use them.

      You can still find R12. My older Volkswagen Golf couldn't get converted into the new 134, so it got the old R12. It was just a little pricey but worth it.

    Bo, one thing you say," why can't they make it like they used too?" CHINA ! a lot of things are made in China . And the manufacturing process is made a lot different now. Supposed to be better but I'm not convinced !
    Nice Barth!

  • @fckjb284
    @fckjb284 Před rokem

    You sold that way to cheap. My Barth is 22 feet long. It is a super rare one because it has a driver's door. It cost 60k in 1989. I would have to have $40k for mine because it is better than ANY motorhome built today other than "maybe" a million dollar and up one. Ours is almost all original. All REAL wood, the junk built today doesn't even begin to compare.
    P.S. All Barths had porcelain toilets, I don't think that one is original. Thanks for the great video.😎
