WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU MISS TRAINING??

    If you are having difficulty or are unable to complete 100% of the sessions, you should not feel like it is the end of the world or that your career is over.
    Life sometimes calls us to duty and obligations, and it's completely normal that you need to miss a few sessions here and there.
    Know that an isolated workout will not determine the success or failure of your training plan.
    What really matters is consistency over the months of training.
    Therefore, if you need to skip some workouts, avoid the temptation to make up for them in the following days or throughout the week.
    Overloading yourself with missed workouts can leave you very tired, which makes it difficult to complete subsequent workouts and the following weeks.
    If you have to cut a workout short, it's best to do one of the shorter, low-intensity workouts, and try to do the speed or moderate-intensity workout for an extended duration.
    But if you're frequently missing training sessions, you might want to review your goals and re-evaluate your training plan.
