Haha! I've seen a few of these "no solder" 18650 battery kits on the market but yours looks by FAR the easiest and fastest to assemble. I guess the only downside I can see is that they are a little bulkier than other designs which would put a lot of people off building ebike batteries with them. But other than that they look great

They are slightly taller than a spot welded design. If space is everything then spot welding is the way to go. I'm spot welding three packs now for a Greenpeace drone that looks for pirates...space is everything in that cool application! In BatteryBlocs notice how the cells are right next to each other- no spaces- unlike other systems.
      Thanks for your comment.

Wow that is cool! Keep saving the world one battery pack at a time!

I like your block design. Do you have a website or facebook site where one can study your method of connecting and how to employ a BMS on these blocks?

Thanks! Yes, go to www.batteryblocs.com. You can download my ebook which shows how to connect a BMS as well as how to do all the battery math, etc. I also have a video about hooking up a bms.

How many of these units would be needed to make jumpstarter for my car battery, ?

You need to know how many amps it takes to crank over your car starter. You would need that many amps. LEad Acid batteries do that very well- dump a lot of amps.
