This works for bringing son who builds schools etc for a company, and his wife who cooks , and their son who is now out of school and works at garage on automobiles, and grand daughter who does nursing, and criminal justice degree, and husband who is stay at home with little one, and our great- grand -daughter about two yrs old! Plus my husband and I, ( now retired) who have been married almost 50 yrs and I am in my 60's and husband 70 yrs old. So we can have our family with us. Or some of them anyway. Weather would be much better than in NYS ( Upstate, for arthritis. ) Your climate would be better in Kentucky I checked it out. . Great grand daughter would love doll house! My husband and I in one house and the rest in the other.. Perfect for family as such, in transition of life and wants to be near each other and yet have own homes nearby. . Close but not too close. All can be perfectly happy that way! Helping each other as needed. Dream, dream on.. lol
