i want to congratulate otis company for the success in their bussiness. i am one of the client in Bhutan where we have to depend on a secondary service provider from sub service provider from another secondary provider from kokotta. Your indian service centre has different service charges for the same equipment in same location, I mean AMC rates,i wonder ?
