In this video, we will be featuring the first township development in Region 02, the North Gateway Business Park by one of the country's major real estate industry player, DataLand, Inc. The said township is located along Enrile Boulevard, Brgy. Caggay, Tuguegarao City and covers a total gross land area of more than 18 hectares.
It shall feature a transport terminal, fiesta market, branded hotel, condominium, linear garden, commercial community and more. This venture is expected to boost Tuguegarao's position as the commercial and trade center of Region 02.
