Hello guys! Here are some updates on the notable developments in Tuguegarao City. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused delay in the completion of these projects but their construction and development have recently gained pace as the government continue to relax restrictions.
The continuous influx of investments, from both local and national entities, in Tuguegarao City cements its title of being the Economic and Commercial Center of the entire Region 02. And more are expected to come in the coming years.
Nothing to go but up for the lone city of the Province of Cagayan.
We will continue to check on the progress pf these developments in Tuguegarao City and will share updates in this Channel once significant progress has already been noted.

@@CAGAYAN101 more than 3 yrs since the GROUNDBREAKING until now even a single dog house is standing. Wala kasi pera developer so panay preselling ng property ang inaasahan na pondo.
