Trouble Shooting -> It didn't work?
1) Make Nightbot a moderator in your Twitch chat.
2) Make sure Nightbot is in your Twitch chat, if not add them via the Nightbot dashboard
3) Test commands and see if they are working -> If not there is a connection issue between Nightbot and your Twitch channel.
4) Contact Nightbot Support

hei Trui thank you for the video! I have a question about regulars: if I run a giveaway and I decide to set regulars with x3 luck and subscriber with x2 luck what will happen if an user is both? I get that is the user is regular he will have x3 chance of winning, and in the same way if he is subscriber x2 but if he is both what will it be the chance? x6?
Good question! Honestly I don't know and I don't seem to be able to find it in the Nightbot documents either 😅

Hi! If an user is a regular and a subscriber, and the subscriber luck is 4, and the regular luck 3, do they stack?
Humm good question! I am honestly not sure! Sorry I couldn't be of help. I expect it to assign you the highest tier, but I don't known for sure.

I think it's private but you can always do a test run.
Is there any alert options in nightbot when someone like nd Subscribe soo it can mention their name like OBS studio does...

Every time I try none of my users show up. I am connected to twitch and have nightbot as a mod but my users never pop up and am unable to use this function. :(
