Orange County home values appreciated 14.6% in Q1!!
Orange County is on top of the list for the entire country for median home price appreciation. I also found it very interesting that they noted (outside LA). Orange County has always been lumped into LA's housing market stats, because OC was a secret to most of the country.
15% price appreciation in the first quarter of the year. That is HUGE appreciation numbers for three months.
