  • Using Siamese Kit to run our 4 ft. wide surface cleaner to clean 2,000 sq. ft. of concrete in 4 mins and 23 seconds!
(DO NOT do this on a customer's property, we walked fast, we DID NOT pre treat or post treat.. just ran the machine to see what it could do)
    Thanks for watching!

I'd probably value a smaller surface cleaner just so I could walk faster. Too slow of walking would burn my brain cells after a while.

Curious how many hours you have on the 670 pred motors? Have you had any major problems or had to make any mods to motor to make it dependable? I have one in the shop I am fixing to put on a skid with a 8gpm comet pump.

Roughly 2000 hours, the only issue we have had with it was the wiring was kind of funky and the key stopped working when turning it. Otherwise, the machines are great

You need to do a bucket test on your GPM . 2 8 GPM machines will not give you 16 GPM out the hose. It will be more like 12.

how many GPM do you typically use for power washing now in 2024?

    • @KevinLavorgna

We use a 9gpm and 8gpm machines. But the bucket truck setup we have has a small 5gpm but it rips with the surface cleaner

@@KevinLavorgna Not trying to bust your chops brother. I have been down this road before. It is a learning curve that you can't just throw parts at. You have to learn what your machines are actually capable of as far as GPM to be able to tip you surface cleaners right. All surface cleaners are a slow operation. The mini mondo is the most efficient one on the market today. I have tried them all. You have to have a surface cleaner that is easy to manage in size and cleans well. I your mind you are thinking a larger surface cleaner will help you finish the job quicker. I reality it does not work that way. You will always have water supply issues on the job. In most situations you will not have enough water to supply both machines. A larger surface cleaner is harder to handle all day and will slow your pace down. You are on the right path with running a surface cleaner with shorter bars. The larger ones with a single bar are useless. That is why after wasting much money on surface cleaners I have learned that the mini mondo is the most efficient on the market. 2 machines together in theory sound good but you can't outrun your water supply. If you end up waiting on water you are losing money. There are many factors that go into figuring out the most efficient setup. It takes time but you are on the right path. It is good to see young men putting in the work to learn to build there on equipment. You should be proud of yourself just remember it takes time to figure it all out. Just always remember this. Water supply is the key to it all which means more GPM is not the answer. Learning to be more efficient with less is the key. Good luck my friend.

There’s no way you’re getting 16 GPM with those motors and pumps. More like 12.
