I said it a million times and I m saying it again...defan was one sided. Stefan loved damon much more than Damon loved him. Damon was a selfish prick. I hated him
I started hating both Elena and Damon when they slept together THE NEXT DAY after Elena and Stefan broke up. Like what the hell?? If they were decent people they would have given Stefan at least a couple of weeks time before getting together. In my opinion, Elena should have stayed single the whole season 4 and figure out how to be a vampire, and then start dating Damon in season 5. I couldn’t get behind Delena the way it happened on the show.

Right he put Stefan thru so much. All the pain and all the trauma. I won’t blame him for stefans death cuz I know Stefan chose that but I think Damon should of died. Stefan deserves to live a happy life with Caroline, instead of dying for Damon and elenas happiness. But hey just my opinion

To the producers credit, they realized their mistake in killing her off so quickly and tried to bring her back as much as possible.

Lexi was awesome she not only died to soon but she was also screwed over when the writers made her sleep with Damon of all people, Lexi was one of the very few who didn’t fall for Damon’s “bad boy” bullshit and wouldn’t hesitate to call him out on it and would sooner castrate him then sleep with him.
I agree. I got into the series a while back, and Lexi is easily one of the best characters on the show. Damon on the other hand, is easily my least favorite. Possibly one of the least favorite characters I've seen in any TV show.

Anytime someone else kills people, they are horrible people and don't deserve a chance. Damon on the other hand, deserves every chance to change. It's quite sad.

Ngl I used to love elena but ever since she chose Damon I’ve just hated her. Everytime Damon or elena hurt Stefan I always cried because it wasn’t fair how he went with klaus to save Damon just for him to go behind his back and steal his girlfriend and it just winds me up. Everytime lexi came back I always cried because I was so happy and she was the only one that was really there for him.

Yess...stelena was indeed 'epic love' , but steroline was 'true love'. There is a difference between epic and true. Caroline accepted Stefan completely for who he was and did not want to change him. While Elena and Stefan had great chemistry and epic love but steroline was pure and they understood each other more than anyone. Moreover, steroline was more closer to reality. IRL, would you choose someone who completely understands you and accepts you completely as who you are or someone with you have nice chemistry?

Lexi is one of the most selfless people on this show. 5X22 when she was able to come back to life chose not too because she didn't want Bonnie to die before Stefan got Damon back. I still love Damon as a character but I will never forgive him for killing her.

The biggest two mistakes the writers of TVD made is that they killed Lexi too soon and that they made her sleep with Damon. Recently i rewatched the series and her whole character was based on being wise and helping Stefan, she should have never sleep with Damon ever, that was the biggest out of context move that could happen for her character.. And the series could have been so much better if they kept her alive. Anyways still my favorite side character by far.

I don't get how ppl can even like such toxic character as Damon. I mean, I'm like on a second season but I know what more or less will happen and so far he's killed his brother's best friend, his ex, a brother of, let's call her his crush and attacked her best friend. He just always gets what he wants and Stefan is so annoying as well for not reacting.

He’ll become one of a family member.(I mean friend group) I don’t wanna spoil or anything but you’ll see how different Stefan was in past. He’s a ripper, he killed way more people than Damon and he was the one who forced Damon to turn into a vampire. As show goes on, you’ll see bad side of Stefan and good side of Damon. However, in the end they are both wonderful brothers and they may fight like dogs but they’d die for each other. Damon sacrificed a lot for Stefan too and you can see how Elena changed him. He tries to hide his good side cause he don’t want people to see that side of him. He was main villain in first part of season 1 but it’s amazing how his character grew as a person. He tries to be unemotional but when it comes to Stefan and Elena, he’d sacrifice himself for them. Again I don’t wanna spoil, so I won’t say much. His friendship with Alaric and Lizz is so sweet❤️🥺 Even Bonnie and Caroline will become his best friends after seeing true Damon, also Donovan will forgive him everything after seeing how he’s struggling because of his past mistakes and how he’s trying to be a better man. Stefan’ll also kill his girlfriend and his best friend too. He wasn’t reacting about Damon’s actions because he knows true side of him. Hope you’ll change your mind❤️
