- Shown firstly at Gamescom 2023 behind closed doors, the classic-animated horror game Bye Sweet Carole unveils some gameplay for the very first time!

Bye Sweet Carole is a horrific thriller game inspired by the greatest animation movies and created by Chris Darril (Remothered series). Be ready to jump into the world of Corolla and meet the rabbits that has infested it!
Set during early 1900s', young Lana Benton, urged by the terrifying Mr. Kyn, also known as “Old Hat” finds herself catapulted into a mysterious enchanted garden to deal with menacing and disturbing creatures. After discovering a few of letters from a mysterious “french guy”, Lana decides to follow the last known trail of Carole Simmons, a girl of the same age who apparently escaped from Bunny Hall, an orphanage built in the nineteenth century. The building is now infested by colonies of wild rabbits able to open a dimensional portal to the realm of Corolla...

So happy to see some gameplay now, very true to the clocktower meets disney vibe. I'm also hoping theres going to be lots of unique scares along the way too. The soundtrack and animations are gorgeous, plus the reveal of the old man was genuinely creepy. Highly anticipating this game.

This really gives me the same feelings that these games gave me: Disney's Beauty and the Beast SNES (1995), Mickey Mania (1995) and Dragon's Lair (1983) - with Don Bluth Vibes.The feeling of really being/controlling the character, but really feels like you are a living antagonist and the art is so life-like just like in a cartoon.✨🍁👍👏🍂✨ - The music was soo gud, it gave me goosebumps!

When I first saw this I thought only the cutscenes were going to be 2d animated and the rest was going to be 3d. I'm glad that isn't the case as this looks amazing!
Same! I was so skeptical since they didn't show any gameplay with the first one and I was like no way are they going to keep this look for the actual game. So glad they are and now I'm hyped, despite it being survival horror, I will gladly make an exception to peeing my pants this time.

Once I saw it was spearheaded by the same lad who made Remothered, I knew this was gonna be a treat. Chris Darril really knows what makes a good Clock Tower inspired game, and judging by what we've been shown thus far, this one looks REAL promising. Can't wait to see more!
When the old man got out of the girl, it was really unexpected! Reminds me of how I used to play King's Quest as a child and there the old spider-like man suddenly popped out of the ground all the time.

It’s certainly captures the vibes of a dark but whimsical fairy tale. A kind of Alice in wonderland crossed with the obvious clock tower and with elements of rule of rose also. It does look like you can fight back, but only with very specific characters, and even then there is no guarantee it will work.
I'm shocked this doesnt have more views. This looks like such an amazing game with amazing concept to boot!
Someone finally made a modern Don Bluth adventure game and I am 100 percent here for it! If the final release has voiced characters I'm in on day 1.

I never thought this game was going to be like a horror game ish, this feels like we are watching a film; it's that good. I cannot wait to get into this game and this story. I thought it was going to be an Alice N Wonderland like theme but damn was this a huge surprise

A little Clock Tower with the speed turned up, a little "Over the Garden Wall" and a whole lotta Disney. Im alreadt obsessed. Throw in an Alan Menken musical number and you can have all my money
