    So I just bought this exact kit. Is there any modifications besides the wiring that I need to make to install it on my ‘71 Chevy c10? Or do I just remove the carb and install this and go???

    Is this big enough for a mildly warmed over 440 in a 67 New Yorker?

      I want to know the same thing. I bought a pull out engine and it has no original EFI on it so I need to do something from scratch. I was going to go with a weber carb on my 13b. But I like EFI and can't afford to go with Haltech. I think the key to this working is if we can manually adjust the fuel air mapping. If it allows that I bet I could get it to work.
      I'm going to call them and ask if the programmer has that functionality. I'll let you know.

      Ok I talked to the tec support and it will work. As a matter of fact they have at least 3 customers who have done it successfully without any major adjustments. I'm going to do it.

    Fitech sucks. Sniper is way easier to install and requires way less tuning.

      I have a 67 Riviera with a mechanical fuel pump. If I install an EFI, like Sniper, do I have to get a high-pressure electric fuel pump? Thank you.

      @nightdan7096 Před 2 lety +1

      @@CHEECHMUN If you use EFI you have to use a high-pressure fuel pump. The EFI system will specify how much pressure the fuel pump must be.
