This was honestly such an amazing movie and is my current favourite for the MCU! Did you feel the same about this movie? Let me know in the comments as well as your favourite QUOTE from this film!
can u release it on youtube
@@0viewschannel198 he will next Friday
I definitely enjoyed Black Panther. But it was A tier not S tier for me comparatively
đSuper excited for this one too!!!đ
đWe are really moving along eh?!?!đ
Love this movie! Ranking these films are subjective but it's definitely one of the best and my personal favorite
Thor and loki's whole dynamic in this movie is literally everything
"Oh brother, you're becoming predictable.
I trust you,
You betray me.
Round and round in circles we go.
See, Loki, life is about, it's about growth. It's about change. But you seem to just wanna stay the same. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you'll always be the God of Mischief, but you could be more"
@@jgreen2015 se convirtiĂł en una buena persona
đ„Č
Man, maybe Loki doesn't like change I know I don't (I'm an introverted woman who doesnt like change and surprises). đđ€đ
9:09 âNo! Jonathan!â I love how you watched Paul Ruddâs answer to the hammerâs name!
I love that moment so much
he is a man of culture
@đ€đŹđšđđ¶đŹđŻđšđŠ gokayorki I was literally about to comment this before seeing yours LOL
This..
I thought it was a reference to a scene in Sex Education season 3 lol
Fun fact: The person who played Thor in the play in Asgard was Chris Hemsworth's older brother Luke Hemsworthđđ
And it is so hilarious that Loki is played by Matt Damon and Thor by the least famous Hemsworth brother. It's exactly what Loki would do, hire someone really famous to play himself and someone not very famous for Thor ;D
@@resathe6760 yeah, you're right it is exactly what loki would dođđLuke Hemsworth is very good actor too but actually i feel bad for Liam hemsworth because he auditioned for thor too but instead his two other brothers played thor
Also note that Matt Damon also played another version of Loki in Dogma directed by Kevin Smith
@@willbeonekenobi Oh, really? I didn't know it. I'm gonna watch it thanksđ€
And Sam Neill was playing Odin
"Where's Rocket when you need him with a spare eye" hhhh I died laughing đ
@@felixxddx I think you just did, delete it before seb sees
@@khaledmahamedbouachat8990 ;)
That's actually hilarious thođ
Now that heâs done IW it was quite prescient
Wait he says that?!?! ( Iâm early in the reaction) and pre IW?!!! đđđđ seb you mad man
The "He's a friend fron work" line was actually a suggestion from a kid visiting the set. Originally Thor would've just asked Hulk where he's been
Iâm just trying my luck đ for a chance for my next win đ at this tournament đïž I am going for it so if anyone is looking đąto see if you are still looking to be in my bracket
My favourite moment in this film is Loki disguised as Odin going "shit" when he sees Thor đ
Haha its so good he looks like Tom hiddleston
@@SebScreen He watched Tom do that scene so as to know how Loki would act when pretending to be Odin. just like how Chris Evans had to do back in Thor the Dark World lol
The bit people always miss is that Korgâs first revolution was because they didnât produce enough pamphlets.
Therefore Rock was defeated by Paper đ
And then he accidentally defeated scissors (Meek) by stomping on him.
I never caught that, so funny... đ
@@eamon5883 omg that is too much!
Oh my god, I absolutely missed that!
âPiss off ghost!!â
đđđđđđđđ
Kills me every time.
It is perfection rlly
I said this on another comment but fun fact: The piss of Ghost joke is actually a reference to an inside joke we have here in New Zealand, where Taika the director is from. This movie is filled with lots of Easter eggs for New Zealanders đ
Also the three vampires huddled together line is from a movie he was in , forgot the name
@@0626polyboy What We Do in the Shadows?
Seb: "No.... Jonathan!"
I understood that reference!
*Rolls eye to 1918*
This movie was made for Chris Hemsworth. He is hilarious in real life too. I'm glad that they changed Thor's sense of humour and made him amazing. Which made me a huge of Chris đ
Yeah he is so good now
He definitely proved his comedy range
We also got to see God of thunder.
I feel like this is just him acting as himself and I love it so much
@@BurgoYT agreed
"I have been FALLING for THIRTY MINUTES!"
One of the funniest lines in the MCU
Canât wait to see this, the fact that this film was 80% improvised was insane!
It's criminal I know!! , even Chris Evans wants to work with Taika Waitiiti
I find it VERY hard to believe that it was 80% improvised, you're telling me Marvel paid a, now Oscar winning screen writer, to write a script and 80% of the dialogue used in film wasn't his or original? I have to call BS on that. Where would they even come up with that number, it's obviously a fake statistic. I'm sure A LOT of the lines were improvised, probably more than other Marvel projects but that stat is WAY inflated. I doubt more than 15-20% of the lines weren't from Taika Waititi's original scripts, possibly a little more.
@@evion223 Everyone does, he's pretty much the only reason they got Natalie Portman to return for Love and Thunder. She wanted to work with him.
Haha, When I first watched this I knew Taika Watiti played Korg, and the Des and Troy joke was pure TW. I didnât know he directed it until the credits. It completely makes sense that this would have a ton of ad lib
@@sfodd1979 even Iron Man 1 was mostly improv by RDJ and Gweneth
The scene where Thor awakens his powers and jumps down to the rainbow bridge draped in lighting with Zeppelin in the background has to be one of the most underrated scenes in the mcu.
Always get goosebumps like when he comes down on Wakanda aswell
"Not really useful unless you are fighting vampires"
"Where would need that in Marvel?"
Erm... Blade.
âŠand Morbius.
Ok, nobody is gonna talk about him calling Thor's hammer as Jonathan??? HAHAHA just like Paul Rudd, my god đđ I love it
Haha I love me some paul rudd
A suggestion: ''Knives Out''. A murder mystery with Chris Evans in a tight cable knit sweater. Oh, and James Bond is in it too.
Oh definitely, that film is ingenious
Seconded
definitely.
I was about to suggest "Knives Out." đ
YESS KNIVES OUT!
Fun fact the other Valkyrie that died in the flashback was supposed to be Tessa's character's girlfriend/love and thats why she was so impacted by it (along with the massacre of all the others but yeah)
Oh, I thought I was imagining that vibe!
@@kbaylor123 haha i imagine vibes with all femalexfemale friendships lmao but this one is deffo canon! I can't remember if it was Taika or Tessa that talked about it in an article!
Fun fact: when they were filming the scene with hulk and thor in the arena, a make a wish kid visited the set and asked Chris if he could say "He's a friend from work!"
"Is my brain going to places, or....?"
Or is the imagery implying that Valkyrie has the biggest stick in movie featuring both Thor and Hulk? Yeaaah, it kinda did...
And we ain't complaining
Valkyrie definitely has that Big D Energy for the entire movie lol
the reason this movie is so hilarious is because it was directed by Taiki Waititi. anything he touches is instantly 1000 times funnier. you should watch the film What We Do In The Shadows if you haven't already. you'd love it!
What We Do In Shadows is so freaking funny!
Just saw it last week. Itâs hilarious!
And his "What We Do In The Shadows" the TV show is even funnier then the film!
if Seb reacts to What We Do In The Shadows, I'll be so freaking happy!
I suggested it to Seb he should watch it for Halloween and heâs up for it !!
Bro that last scene with Thanosâ ship gives me goosebumps every time
This is where Thor gets more comedic. Directed by Taika Waititi who also plays Korg and introducing Hella played by Cate Blanchett
@@queencerseilannister3519 agreed
âThis film has been very unexpected so farâ
Oh Seb you donât know the half of it đ€Łđ€Ł
âPiss off ghostâ is my brother and Iâs favorite line from this movie. Anytime something around us moves randomly we just go âpiss off ghostâ wait a few seconds and if nothing happens we follow it up with âheâs freakin gone.â đ€Ł
No spoilers but the way Seb said âis that the best scene in Marvelâ reminded me of how in his show Loki says âis this the greatest power in the universeâ
âEvery line is comedy geniusâ believe it or not, Taika Waititi (the director and Korg) said 70-80% of this movie was improvised. Thereâs BTS of how they improv different jokes and dialogue, like Thorâs snake story. Itâs insanely impressive that a movie that was mostly improvised turned out way better than most Marvel movies with a written and finished script
It was similar with Iron Man I think, how most of that movie was improv and worked well.
Fun fact: âPiss off Ghostâ is a reference to a Joke we have in New Zealand where Taika is from. There was so many Easter eggs for us over here in New Zealand.
@@gracebrown3074 Oo! Whatâs the joke?
Itâs more of an inside joke based on this ad: m.czcams.com/video/CtWirGxV7Q8/video.html
But the scene specifically where he offered the ghost chips gets quoted an insane amount. (Actually quite a lot of it is quoted quite a bit đ)
I know the ghost chips part has gone through so many iterations and people are so familiar with it that it gets shortened to many a things. One of them being âPiss off Ghostâ
But you can basically say it in any form and people know the reference.
"Is that the best scene in Marvel?"
*giggles while waiting for the Rainbow Bridge scene*
Or Endgame
I literally was like âoh bud you just wait!â
This movies comedy was Gold, the action and plot was really fun.
âIâve been falling, FOR 30 MINUTESâ made me choke on my food.
And Thorâs manly scream đđđ
1. That you called Mjolnir "Jonathan" killed me!
2. Matt Damon played Loki in the movie Dogma. Which you should watch. đ
OK, Iâm dumb, why is Mjolnir Jonathan? (I thought it was âmew mewâ đ)
@@kbaylor123 There was a video of various cat members trying to say the name of Thor's hammer. It ended with Paul Rudd calling it Jonathan.
@@Rennies-World oh I guess I have to find that! Lol, thank you!
@@Rennies-World Haha, I loved Evieâs reaction to not having to answer all the same press questions!
GET HELP is still one of my favorite scenes in all mcu
The best thing about that scene is that , like a lot of this movie , it was improvised.
Seb: âLoki, you canât take on strange no one can.â
Wanda: *eyes glow red*
9:10 I couldnât stop laughing for a solid 5 minutes when u called Thorâs hammer Jonathan.
"I don't even need to make an innuendo....but I'd suggest lube" had me CACKLING.

By this point, you probably already know that the film was directed by Taika Waititi who also voices Korg. If you ever see Jojo Rabbit, he's the guy who plays Hitler. He's a testament that we kiwis are incredibly talented and hilarious. :)
@Dayspring When was the last time you were in Australia? I ask, because you sound overly opinionated about something you probably know nothing about. Sounds pretty illogical to me.
You know weâre not from Australia right? đ

"Vampires? Where are you going to find that in Marvel?"
Blade: Am I a joke to you
Let's get something clear, I'm only here for your joyful enthusiasm and that unmatched grin of yours, ok?!
I said good day to you, sir!
This movie revived Thor. I don't think he could have stood another gritty movie. Marvel was smart doing Ragnarok this way, the "serious" approach wasn't working. And I'm glad, this movie is fantastic!
I thought he was reasonably funny/comedic in Thor the Dark World but this was a step up with the comedy , agreed.
This reaction/film is going to be great! Cate Blanchett is amazing and never seems to age (a true elf).
Lady Galadriel
iâm so glad taika waititi is directing thor: love and thunder. this is one of the funniest marvel movies
Ahahah what a shame he did on love and thunder
Well well well this did not age
I love your appreciation of Lokiâs all black suit. Itâs fierce and hot as hell đ„” Also, Chris hemsworthâs comedic timing in this is unparalleled
"Big monster!" Hulk Vs Sirtir would have been a great fight.
Ragnarok is the best Hulk movie, hands down.
The "I have been FALLING FOR 30 MINUTES!" part always has me dying. đ đ€Ł
I do like how complex Thanos is, but I actually love Hela more in the sense that she is more entertaining to watch than him. Most likely because of how Cate played her.
She's like an over-the-top Disney villain and I love every second of it !
Cate's a lot easier on the eyes, too :)
@@jessesisson2955 Thanos is kinda thicc tho
@@dmidkif LOL honestly he is
@@nathansky THIIIS!!! This is why I love her! Gosh thank you for putting a word in it. Thanos is like this solemn, brooding guy. But Hela is relishing in her gracefulness and elegance as she conquers Asgard. She's a perfect balance of masculine aggression and femininine sensuality mixed with pure evil.
This movie really is perfect. What astounds me is how the humor just doesn't run out? Like it has a ton of jokes and you'd think the audience would get bored of them or they'd feel forced but it's just creative genius, every intended joke makes you laugh out loud. And the emotional moments of this moment are if possible even better played out than the other Thor films even though it's packed with jokes! And the cinematography and vibes are just top-notch.
The fact that you realize this is the best MCU movie makes me like you even more :D
Im eating while watching your reaction , and then you come up with "Jonathan" i fckin choked up.
Damn you Seb đ
Literally quotes him saying "puny god" 10 seconds later. "He's never spoke before" lol
and he spoke in The Incredible Hulk too : "Leave me alone" , "Betty" , Hulk smash!" .
fun fact the story about the snake was 100% improv by chris thats why mark looked so confused
Love your reactions! Definitely one of the funnier movies! Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston were MADE for these roles!!!
Seb, your korg impression at 25:04 was *spot on!* also, Surtur was gradually growing as he was summoned so from the time loki revived him to the time Asgard was destroyed, Surtur grew from the size of Asgard's palace to Asgard itself.
Let's just say: There are a lot 'best scenes' in the MCU.
especially:
the car scene in homecoming
climax of thor ragnarok
and
the final battle of endgame
I've loved all your reactions, but this was definitely the most enjoyable one haha never be self-conscious about your laughter or how much you talk, that is why we watch
Really love Sebs laugh.
Your reactions to these movies is all I ever need
Agreed!
If you like Taika (Korg) you REALLY should react to the brilliant HBO show âOur Flag Means Deathâ. Comedy, silliness, pirates and a real heart.
If you didnt know the Grandmaster is the Collectors brother.
No matter how many times I watch thisâŠ
I will never tire of âI have been falling⊠for *thirty minutes!â*
20:02 The way you said "did he look this good in the last few films" had me laughing so much, just like Chris Evans saying he's the best looking actor in the avengers with no hesitation
Loki: âIâve been falling FOR 30 MINUTESâ
Him: *wheeze*
I can only assume that you did enjoy your date with Thor đ amazing reaction to fantastic film, loved every second of it! I learned how to organise a revolution, so if you'll excuse me I'm gonna start on those pamphlets now đ
âChris evans has to watch out there nowâ Seb thirsting for both Chrisâs is so relatable đ€Ł
I love how they incorporate real facts from the actual Norse Mythology into the movie in clever and funny ways.
Hela looks more like Loki then Thor and Odin because in the Mythology Hela is actuay Lokiâs daughter, while Fenrir (the wolf) is her brother. Her magic is also green similar MCU Lokiâs color to to make that reference.
That whole story on how Loki turned into a snake to trick and bite Thor as a prank when they were kids is a reference to the story that Jormungandr the world serpent and The Norse mythology Thor are sworn enemies and are supposed to fight on Ragnarok. Jormungandr is ALSO Lokiâs so.
P.S. I know, everything about Loki in mythology are extremely weird but entertaining!
I've watched a few of your reactions now and I'm impressed how you've manage to avoid so many spoilers. I don't think you even watch trailers. Must be amazing watching a movie going in completely blind. That's so rare.
So excited for this reaction! đ
Easily in my top 5 MCU movies, and my favorite of the "Thor" movies.
Fun Fact: About 80% of this movie was improvised. Including the "he's a friend from work" line. A kid from the Make-A-Wish program visited the set, and said that line would be good in the scene. Director Taika Waititi & Chris Hemsworth loved the line, and kept in the film. Also, the "Get Help" scene between Thor and Loki was improvised by Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston.
I already know that this is going to be a fantastic reaction. đ
Even the snake story was also improvised, so the reaction from Tessa was real, but Mark played along
Hela: *breaks mjolnir*
Seb: *whimpers* jOnAThaN?!
Jonathan will be remembered
Fun fact
The electronic mail joke is a reference to a fan film released between this and civil war. It got chris hemsworth in as thor and everything. It's on youtube called team thor
19:17 the best scene in marvel (in my opinion) was about Thor, but in infinity war... although Shang-Chi had really amazing cinematics aswell
Hey Seb, hope youâre doing well and having a great day! đ𧥠SMOOCHES TO ALL!!
One of my favorite in-universe reasons why i've heard Thor is so drastically different is that he's trying to emulate his friend from earth, Tony, because in just a few years (To an asgardian's life span being a couple months tops) Tony's been such a prominent figure in his life and helped Thor on his path in so many ways.
This really are the best reactions ive seen in a while, they always look so natural. Watching you cry with DobbyÂŽs death made me cry too.
That Strange cameo was the best.đ
Cool Fact: Asgardians grow in power as they age. Thus it makes sense for Hela to be so strong compared to Thor. As Thor's older sister she has a few thousand years on him making her power levels close to Odin in his prime.
Jonathan đđđ
Seb, that's was hilarious
He really is a proper fanđ
âWhereâs Rocket now, with a spare eye?â Ok.
Of course, the real question is, where is that eyeball right now?
Your reaction to this movie and the rest of the MCU movies so far, along with the fangirling over Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans, is so damn adorable to watch. I'm super happy your channel is taking off!
"No... Jonathan..!" that was perfect.
The best part about the soundtrack is that the Immigrant Song (the one in the intro) is about Norse Mythology

Fun fact, Korg The rock dude is played by Taika Waititi. He is also the director of this Thor film and Thor love & thunder.
Hela is Loki's daughter in the comics. Thor's sister in the comic is called Angela and he also has a brother called Balder the Brave.
9:10 " No Jonathan " lmao
Same, the first time I saw this film and heard the opening chords of Immigrant Song I gasped out loud and clutched my friend's arm. I've always wondered why they've never used it in a Thor movie, but apparently Taika Waititi had to ask Led Zeppelin for special permission to use it and they only agreed because it was him.
I havenât seen this movie and I was avoiding watching other reactions to it because I wanted to see it spoiler free but I gotta make the exception for seb. Canât miss one of his reactions :)

Every marvel movie review: BEST MCU MOVIE EVER
Haha its literally how it goes
"Where are you going to find that in Marvel?" (3 vampires).
You're going to find out in the Blade movie. There is an entire nation of vampires in the Marvel universe (Transylvania) and it is ruled by a king named Dracula.
Loki and Valkyrie are both bisexual.
That ship at the end: I was hoping that was the Scuttlebutt: one of these largest spaceships in Marvel, but it's not that ship at all.
i can say this now that i know he's watched Infinity War. I love how on the money Seb was when he said ''Where's Rocket when you need him with a spare eye?"
iâm so glad you enjoyed this one! (although i did expect it). as a kiwi myself, iâm so happy taika waititi did this one and got his well deserved recognition for it. the complete switch up from the last two thorâs i think was much needed. i think taika gave us a whole different perspective on thor and also loki which was cool as well :). i loved this reaction as well seb
