To do this now, you have to download the 64 bit and set everything to 64 bit. It should start working once you did that. The reason why you should do that is because roblox recently changed to 64 bit from 32 bit.

@@gamingwithnocs5977 All you're doing is just changing your keybinds to fit into a steering wheel. If you do get banned, repeal it.
If anyone wants custom buttons to be like horn in game just go in the steering wheel app and change the button to the letter and done! You can set it how it was before if you want

What do you mean by steering app, you mean the control panel? or the x360ce? I tried with the x360ce, and i couldnt figure out how to do it. Could you help?
@@nighty4101 I meant if you want to press a button on your steering wheel to honk you just set that in the Logitech app but if you want to do pedals and steering you use the app
And if your steering wheel is not Logitech you can not use it in roblox

yeah, i dont know why whenever i start up the thing after i download it, it autofills all the spaces incorrectly, after i fill everything in, the settings change even if i saved it.

Stopped working after a while.
Not sure if its something to do with anything on my Pc being outdated or the 32 Bit version of X360 not working. But there is an error that's occurring to me named "System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The specified module could not be found". I am not sure what is causing this as my steering wheel is connected to my PC, but I would also like to know if this is happening to anyone else and if someone knows how to fix this error.

Can you connect a shifter or handbrake on there?
i’m pretty sure you can map gears on shifters to different buttons on there as well as a handbrake

My issue is that There are controller dead zones on games and it messes up the steering
If you got Logitech steering wheel in Logitech driver you can change the dead zones. Personaly i play on little to none (max 3 degrees because i can sometimes turn my wheel to the left or right)

i have a problem with the x360ce : when i try to click ''syncronise settings'' it says : executable not found... does anybody have a fix for this?
This is awesome, thanks a lot. I've been using my steering wheel to play roblox for a while now and the experience had been somewhat decent. I say it's decent because there is something that really annoys me, the unadjustable deadzone on most of the games. Games such as ER:LC, Southwest Florida or Greenville doesn't let you adjust the deadzone which I find pretty annoying. Everytime I have to steer a little to get the vehicle's wheel to start turning, all the steering wheel users might know I mean. So that is just one thing I find annoying in roblox imo and hope they can fix it soon

I got one and it worked for a week or so and sudently when I was going to play my steering wheel stopped working and I have no idea why..
my steering wheel wont connect help. I am using a G29 Logitech Driving force racing wheel
I need help. For some reason the peddles that are set to triggers go from 0-100 in an instant there is no slow incline. I step on the peddle slowly and at a certain point it just shoots to 255 with out any in between showing that I’m pushing down slowly.
did you hook it up to the right trigger?
I think you need to turn it on inverse somehow, I haven't played on roblox yet but the same thing happened to me on BeamNG drive and that was how I fixed it
can you get banned for doing this? i know roblox are very strict about putting stuff in the game files

When I put the file on the roblox file it will say you need to provide permission and I hit confirm and the x360ce file will keep going away and Corning back

mine is Lenovo Ideapad s540 thats a laptop not pc I use to play roblox erlc it works fine AND my processor for it is Ryzen 7 4000u (gamimg laptop) kind of cool lol dont mind me if u didnt ask me :)

It hasn't worked for me - I tried this with both a G920 when I had one and a Thrustmaster T-GT II but none of them worked. I have tried changing to 64-bit but no success, and I couldn't fully complete the tutorial as everything on the program is now different, such as changing the device sub type, there is no advanced tab anymore.

do you have a Logitech G920? Because I do and when it is connected to my pc Roblox wont launch and autoclose but when I unplug it it works fine

I have used this method and it worked for a couple of days then i rewatched the video and its fixed but the buttons on my wheel dont work as they do and the paddle shifters dont work too

As a tip for anyone wanting to play something like formuoa apex where you need only about 270 or 180 degrees of rotation. Instead of messing with deadzones like i did instead use whatever software is used for the steering wheel. For example for my logitech g29 use logitech ghub and set the full rotation to whatever is comfortable for formula apex or any game like that ( i personally like 270 because it feels like an actual f1 car) enjoy.
Ive done everything u said in the vid and it works perfectly in x360ce but for some reason when i go in the game it just wont respond to me turning my wheel.

roblox has updated rom 32 bit to 64 bit so everything he does make sure to change it to 64 bit

I did this one time and it worked now everytime i try to do it again it doesn't work.

Can you use an Xbox 360 Controller when doing it that way? (the website said Xbox 360)
xbox controller should work if you just connect it to your pc

same here, im having the same exact issue, when i use the X32 bit it works for my Wheel but im trying to get this for my controller so i can change the sensitivity on the steering

My steering wheel was $290 and paid extra to come in 1 day and it said it would now it’s saying its coming 23rd of December 2022 bruh (don’t pay extra for quick delivery on Amazon it isn’t worth it)

If you cant understand why it does not work, you can slow the video down and look at the video closer and carefully
it works well except when i brake, when i press the brake it turns my camera weird and makes it aim at the ground, i then have to close the game over and over and over again to fix it, i have done all the steps but it still doesnt work. please help, it is not fun driving without a brake pedal.

I watched the video over 5 times but i cant get past 1:30 because it doesnt automatically connect, and that if i try to manually connect, tons of errors pop up and makes it impossible to set up my steering wheel
