Just to clarify though those smaller catfish aren’t eel tailed catfish mate, they are hyrtles Tandan or known locally as moonfish! Happy fishing
No they are juvenile Tandanus Tandanus. Eel tailed catfish.
Hurtles catfish or Neosilurus hyrtlii are not found in this river system.
I had a video last year with a moon fish (hurtles catfish) last year in the Bulloo river
