- Come with me to check out the new property i've bought to add to my portfolio, I haven't shown the others i've bought but thought this could be quite interesting for those looking to get into property.
You can see the level of work that's required to go into some of the properties I buy and yowled get to see start to finish
I will say this is not the house that I will call a home but its all part of my learning curve so when the time comes to buy and renovate my own home ill know exactly what to do and what not to do

Congratulations Mano. The place has a lot of potential. I would recommend a pool in the backyard, paint the big house grey, then one white bldg and another black or sage green. Incorporate an outdoor getaway type theme
this place isn't for me to live in but I do have a good idea one what im going to be doing with the back space

Good stuff Michael so much potential with the size of the property and adding 8 flats. Genuinely looks like a solid investment and am actually very excited for all the updates on this property. Also enjoy the demolition as its usually the best part of a renovation.

Congratulations Brother ✌🏻 quick one if your renting! You should look into heated skirtingboards, helps with Damp and Mold also tenants can’t hang stuff off the Radiators and wreck your fresh paint. best of luck
Nice one for the info mate I’ll look into every option, I’m my others I have underfloor heating but this is the one I’ll show a lot of so the updates will come in very soon
Why not just heat all the floors since it’s in England? My bf did this in the states, rented to all older women, they not only pd on time every month, they made vegetable/flower gardens, beautified their surroundings, kept up the place, and made a little bonding community where they helped eachother.
