  • Paediatric Sepsis Week is taking place from April 16-22 this year, and it is an important opportunity for every parent and carer to ask themselves - 'do I know the signs of Sepsis?'
Children's Health Queensland and CPR Kids have once again teamed up to bring parents and carers a special live-streamed event: 'Sepsis in babies & children - The facts + your questions answered.'
Join us for a free live event on the CPR Kids Facebook and CZcams channels, at 1pm on Thursday April 20.
Sarah Hunstead (Paediatric Nurse & Founder of CPR Kids), and Adam Irwin (Senior Medical Officer in Paediatric Infectious Diseases - Children's Health Queensland & Medical Co-Chair of the Queensland Paediatric Sepsis Program), will discuss the facts you need to know about Sepsis - including the red flags to look out for, as well as Strep A (a common cause of Sepsis).
They will also be answering your questions! You can submit them to us here now, or ask your question during the live broadcast. If you miss the live stream, the video will be available to watch on our Facebook page and CZcams at any time, after the event.
