It's astonishing to think how much the human body can improve and what levels of endurance it can reach. Here at 20 push ups, barely 2 pull ups and no where near even thinking of doing a muscle up. We all start from somewhere but i don't believe for a second that there's a single person starting from 0 out there, that won't eventually be able to reach at least 30-50% of what this legend can pull off with the right mindset and determination.

I thought I could do 1 muscle-up if I could get my pull ups to 10. I was wrong. I can do 10 clean pull ups but no chance of doing a muscle up. Idk which exercises to do in order to work towards muscle up. I don't have a set up for straight bar dips or sth. like this. Also probably my core is too weak.
