The documentary special features insights from Trump surrogates including political consultant Roger Stone and conservative commentator Ann Coulter. We also hear from key opposition players including Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT).
Undergirding it all is a focus group of Trump voters led by Republican Strategist Frank Luntz. Almost all of the people who voted for Trump in 2016 say he’d still get their vote today. “My biggest surprise in the last year is that many, many Trump voters are as mad at the GOP as they are at the Democrats. It’s Trump versus the world.”

I know, that opening scene was horrific. What was disappointing was that Frank Luntz did not immediately fact check the Trump supporters because everything they were saying was wrong. NO. Black unemployment was NOT up to "50-some percent" under Obama. President Obama saw the rate of Black Unemployment decline from 12.6% when he took over a broken economy from Bush all the way down to to 7.5% during his two terms in office from 2009 until 2017. When Trump entered office, that exact same trend line continued. It had NOTHING to do with Trump, it was OBAMA'S economy that Trump benefited from. Trump used his Twitter account to smear the president on a daily basis, constantly demanding he resign for everything from playing too much golf, to the H1N1 pandemic, to the Ferguson Riots.
The real irony is, Republicans voted in a president who is not just an abject failure in every possible way--he has brought this country to the very brink of destruction that pundits like Sean Hannity breathlessly warned about a decade ago. He's caused such extensive damage, it is unclear that we will ever fully recover.

@Don't Be Biden was the one that alarmed congress when genocide was happening in my country and the neighbouring country during the war in the 90's (The Yugoslav wars), he was the one speaking out against it while others were acting neutral and were saying that it doesnt concern them and were just letting it happen.

My country was not armed well, it was mostly ordinary civilians with AK's and what they could salvage from the Yugoslav army, and the international community embargoed Croatia and Bosnia from importing weapons, it had no official army because we wanted independance from the then communist Federation of Yugoslavia, Serbia took the Yugoslav army which was one of the largest in the world at that time and attacked Croatia and Bosnia.
After the US got involved, they bombed the Serbs after they rejected to fall back and lifted the embargo on Croatian and Bosnian import of weapons to defend ourselves which gave the opportunity for my country to train an army of its own and finally push back the enemy.
Biden has done much more for my country than Trump ever did, Trump cant even point to it on a map.

But trickle does make life better. You can measure it objectively using indoor plumbing for example. Indoor plumbing is a result of trickle down economics. Most people would prefer to have indoor plumbing than not have it. Therefore we can conclude it's better.

Accuracy and objectivism are two different issues. No one is 100-percent objective, that's a ridiculous standard. Vice has yet to be wholly inaccurate in any story.

The bottom line is that in spite of 35 years of right wing attacks on the MSM in the wake of Watergate, the public turning against Vietnam, and the birth of the consumer movement, the US free press, while definitely flawed, and prone to be distracted by sensation and controversy, actually operates overwhelmingly in good faith, and aims to report as accurately as possible.
The right wing media, which rose as the supposed counterbalance for the 'liberal' leaning media, primarily operate under a different set of standards. With the exception of the Wall Street Journal and the small but actually existent 'news' department within Fox News (they produce the shows hosted by Bret Baier, Chris Wallace, Shepard Smith and a couple other lesser known anchors) the right wing media don't follow journalistic standards. The cult members made me look up the black unemployment rate. It was never close to 50%, not even in the 90s and the recession time. it shot up to like 13-16% in 2010-14 from 8 to 10 %. but went down back to 8 in 15.
