There's two more ways to kill Draygon. You can short charge a speed booster into a shinespark and dive into her head on. There's also the microwave. It consists is shooting a plasma beam into its stomach and repeatedly turning the X-Ray Scope on and off as fast as you can. Both ways are waaaay faster than the grappling beam method and most definitely faster than straight up using charged beams or super missiles...
The Grappling Beam method is great for speedruns, but if I want a fun fight, I time my Super Missile shots whenever Draygon swoops in and spam Power Bombs to counter its webs.

When I first played the game, I used the grappling beam method to down Draygon.
Out of some miracle, i figured out the electrocution method my first fight.
Probably the most bullied boss of any game 😂,
