WOW 😳 what an amazing home💥💥💥💥💥💥💥This home is a good designed. So many wonderful features : the kitchen, living room, the first floor bedroom. The Primary bedroom is my favorite the bath, the huge walk-in closets, and balcony. To me what is so intoxicating about this home is the foyer, light fixtures, baths, huge walk-in closets, and large windows allowing each room to have it own personal touch. I was a little disappointed with a backyard but that can always be upgraded by the owner. Over-all it's worth buying 🤗. 💗💗💗💗💗

Great question, it’s mainly because of the location. The closer you are to Downtown, Houston, the more expensive. Also because of the size of the home and lot size. Location and size is what really push pricing. Hope this helps!
