Believe me Mr Manasseh on that price you can get a much much better home in South Africa the thing is the cost after you buy can drive you crazy I'm here and i have been in South Africa if you're a south African you really should be proud of yourself here not everyone can afford a domestic worker however food is very cheap again not like south Africa the only difference is that no roads shedding here but again that extra money you pay you can buy a generator because energy prices are sky locketing south Africa is the best i promise you that but Texas is really good especially everything in Texas is big I mean everything
@@zulu695 Yea and also, South Africa is a very dangerous place especially to tourists or those that did not grow up there and know where you should and shouldn't be. The crime rate is much much higher than Texas.

Beautiful, my preference with this size new construction: Laundry room with windows, door outside (ground floor), and one upstairs, all en-suites would have natural day light, bidets, enclosed WC’s with a window and the primary en-suite would have 2 separate WC’s! Dreams are free!

Luxurious modern house. The view from the backyard is amazing. A kitchen is every housewife's dream. But the glossy white floor is a huge minus. It will never be clean, especially if there are pets in the house.

I was also thinking the room off from the game room could be used for a gym instead of the lounge areavyou suggested. There's already too many seating area.
The office needs darker doors to black out the light from the living room and to add some privacy. I don't know how i feel about the dining room and family room being in the same place, it just looks weird.
Finally The media room is too small as soon as they put the couch in there won't be enough space from the door and Tv monitor for it to truly be enjoyable. Beautiful home tho, the view is absolutely breathtaking and the names you came up with 😆😆 Hi Jimmy, Sally and baby boy Marquez lol 👍🏽
