How to display the GPS data of your GoPro

Update Info: the video tutorial should work with the new Quik App as well. I have checked the workflow and it is basically the same.
Here is a short tutorial on how to display the telemetry data (GPS and more) of your GoPro in your video file. It has been created with the GoPro Hero 9, but I believe it works with the Hero 7 and Hero 8 as well.
I used to to do that with the GoPro Quik App, but that desktop software seems to be discontinued. So the only possibility to do it seems to be the GoPro App. Here is therefore a short screen flow that shows the workflow. I think that the new worklflow with the GoPro app actually yields better results than the Quik App. For evaluation here is the link to a video we have made with the GoPro Hero 5 Black and the Quik app:
