This is good tips in the wild teaching online era, it's here to stay for sure, as people feel more comfortable doing yoga at home than getting their butts to the studio.
Thanks for good tips! You are such a great personality Rachel.
Great tips, Rachel!!!!
😘😘😘
Fantastic ✨✨✨✨✨
Thanks Javier!
Awesome, Rachel! I have such difficulty just doing verbal assists. The way my brain works, I have to do the thing to explain the thing, otherwise I just get completely lost. Stephan has no problem with it. But, I totally connect with the students in the beginning and the end, and when I'm doing poses that face the camera. I'm checking in verbally, but can rarely stop demoing while doing it. It's been a journey!!
Ingrid! So sorry this is such a tardy response, I just saw this comment now - this is a great piece of insight for students whose brains may work like yours ;) It's good to have all different ways of making the connections happen! XOXOX
@@RachelScottYoga Thanks! I've certainly struggled with this, and have had lots of "less than" thoughts about it, but we find our way. : )
@@ingridmarcroft7713 knowing you, my friend, I have no doubt that your students are greatly enriched by your presence and your teaching 💛
