@@MovieKingKarthik I stopped lifting altogether. Mostly do pull ups, chin ups, dumb bell based exercises and some plank combinations to keep a tight core. Since I walk 4-5 km which includes incline, the stamina is better than it was in early 2022 with little to no joint pains. In football, obviously had to change my style. Try not to chase the ball or your opponent too much and conserve energy. Works well for me on a turf if I play for 1 hour straight without taking any water break.

Going to the gym and engaging in regular exercise is generally considered to be beneficial for heart health. However, it is possible for individuals to experience a heart attack while exercising, especially if they have underlying heart conditions or engage in high-intensity exercise without proper training or supervision.
It's important to note that the risk of having a heart attack during exercise is relatively low, and the benefits of regular exercise usually outweigh the risks. Additionally, individuals with a history of heart disease or other medical conditions should always consult with their doctor before starting any new exercise program.
Overall, exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and with proper precautions and medical guidance, it is generally safe for most people to engage in physical activity.

True. After covid, we all have weak hearts somehow(doesn't matter if anyone agrees with this but it's true). Before starting HIIT or weight training, it's better to make our body habitual to exercise by first walking for minimum 2 weeks and then by jogging and at last running. Once we get enough stamina, then we can start weight training. Also, stay away from steroids, no matter what.

I'm a heavy gymmer who does heavy weights, and I wholeheartedly agree with Yatinder. Moreover, heart attacks are common in people who have suffered severe Covid symptoms. After the deadliest 2nd Covid wave in 2021, when I went to the gym I did thighs, and I couldn't lift heavy weight that I used to do normally earlier. Moreover, I lost control and awareness for sometime. Same happened when I left gym, and walked for 4 km. Later I realized, my body has become fragile from inside due to Covid. Slowly and steadily, I am trying to come back in shape. I used to follow the proper process of gym everytime, but the understanding of how much Covid has damaged me came later. So please take care and know your body first. Also, the common reason for heart attacks is one's blind faith in a gym coach. Many do not know the correct process and keep pushing you as if you are a professional. I have seen people swinging weights for biceps, and applying hand pressure on thighs when doing leg press, as per coach!! So please beware. Do slowly, steadily, with process. There are no quick gains here!

It has been brought forward by many reputed doctors across the world that one common factor among the spike in heart attacks among young sportsmen is that they all had taken the C - vaccination in their recent past. They highlight that the spike protein generated by the body cells after the vaccination causes clots in brain and arteries resulting in strokes or heart attacks, especially when there is a surge in adrenaline during high intensity workouts.

Bhai, please share a example medical checkup report, what all needs to be checked. Because doctors kuch nahi bolte in detail . That will be very useful than just giving half information of doing medical checkups. Thanks 🙏🏻

40 year old here, regular to gym and walks. Had a attack couple of years back. Reason was probably hereditary for most part and lockdown induced junk food. Look for signs from body. Don't over exert. I still workout, but with reduced intensity.
