i just got a brand new one of these, says CB, it makes some loud noise, doesnt sping and after a few seconds it just shows - - - on the screen and doesnt do anything after that
On my newer model the manual say press n hold temp n soil same time for 3 sec then press start. I tried couple of times but doesn't work it just go into normal wash mode

Hello! i have a samsung washer WA50F9A6DSW/A2 01 and really need to turn off the chime it makes at end of a cycle or when loads de-stablize, i have eldery who HATE the sounds it makes and it would be amazing if could turn it orr, or mabe at least find the speaker for this thing xD

Return it if you can. 2020 or newer Samsung are pices of Junk. Get your self an LG but notbthe Touch Screen models.

Some newer models differ from this one. But look for them in a slightly different position.
