so★ you can't do that, it is because they have different time of infusion. Green tea take 2 minutes and black tea 4 to 5 minutes. So if you infuse green tea more than 2 minutes you will have a bitter infusion. In the other hand, if you infuse black tea less that the time require, you will have a tasteless hot water.

I have just noticed that I haven't had as much back pain after starting to drink green tea over a week ago. I cold brew it, more like room temperature brew it. I just place a tea bag in a water bottle and let it sit for a few hours or overnight and then I drink it throughout the day. No sugar or sweeteners, just the tea.

The tea may be good but it's the bag that may become toxic when heated because of the plastic. These bags may leach out chemicals called PVC. THERMOPLASTIC, AND VISCOSE. Also there are other chemicals as well that I did not mention. On the other hand the NYLON AND PET bags are the safest because they have extremely high melting points. Which means that the plastic chemicals will most likely not leach out into the tea

Growing up my Dad liked black tea and my mom liked green tea. At dinner we would always have a pot of black tea and mom would make a cup of green tea for herself. I have always been a fan of black tea. It has the taste that says "tea" for me. Today I mostly drink decaffeineted black tea as I try to avoid caffeine. It mostly will come down to personal preference and taste which one a person chooses.

But with most things. Switch it around. The good feelings wont last from one product. Need to switch things around now and then. Just glad I'm realy enjoying Green Tea, body and mind currently. :)

I tried Twinings White Tea. Sweeter aroma than green, but no flavor. Now, Newman's Own Organic Green, that actually has some kick (of flavor). Before I tried N.O. , I had grown used to the idea of green tea being an almost flavorless tea that is best used as a vehicle for adding another flavor like citrus or honey. With Newman's Own, the honey is not enough to cover the bitterness, so I went back to using cane sugar.

My taste buds are not refined enough for green tea. I've drank all sorts of green teas and to me they are just mildly colored hot water. Strongest ones I can smell, but they still taste like nothing. So I stick to earl grey.

Though both green and black teas are generally equal in the 3 rounds of this title fight. Look at the inherent quality of its origin first as there are many, many
Variants of 1)soil characteristics. 2)weather patterns and seasonal qualities.
    3) Production processes. Which may determine your cup of tea quality standard in terms of health and medical benefits.
There is also a serious unscrupulous elements who use additives mixed with the pure tea and also "re-cycling" of old/mouldy teas that have an adverse impact on the real benefits of drinking a good cup.
My personal opinion is to go for trusted brands with a good track record in the industry. Also try "Lion Logo" black teas of Ceylon which are certified by the Tea Board of Sri Lanka. 🙏

Theobromine is the primary stimulant in tea, as in chocolate, not caffeine.

I will go for black tea as it is much cheaper than green tea. The new brand green tea, is very very costly compared to black tea. Having almost same benefits and the latter one is exhorbitantly priced, then why go for green tea, go for black tea.

I have both of these tees, so what I do is, I take a little pinch with my hand of both Green and black teas and make a a big cup of home tea mix with lemon and a little bit of Stevia (no sugar). I LOVE IT.
    ITS TEA TIME IN AMERICA.
