So which is best for photography and videography?
The Redmi note 10 pro photographs appear sharper in those macro shots with smoother bokeh and lets way more light in on those low light settings which is great for starry shots.
But the OIS on the 4k video for mi 11 lite trumps the redmi note 10 pro indefinitely. But then again, stabilisation can be corrected for during production by using a gimble. Whereas the relative lack of sharpness and light in the mi 11 lite cannot be so easily resolved post-production.
IMO (purely based upon the camera):
Photography: Redmi Note 10 Pro > Mi 11 lite
Videography: Redmi Note 10 Pro < Mi 11 lite
Videography: Redmi Note 10 Pro + Gimbal = Mi 11 lite
Save some money. Get the Redmi. Buy a gimbal. And get the best of both worlds. Surely?
Saving some money by getting a redmi but at the end buying a gimbal. Overall, still not saving money.. haha
@@worldorderfx Yes 100% correct haha! And if saving money was your main aim then yes what I said wouldn’t really make much sense.
But if the aim is to have the best camera setup, then I think you would get the best photography and videography experience the way I mentioned.
Which is what I want to maximise. I’m not too fussed about keeping costs low if I get that premium camera experience, so I’d be willing to spend the price difference of the phones on a gimbal. And plus, as a camera nerd I know I would end up buying a gimbal regardless of which phone I buy. The redmi would just give me more of an excuse to buy one haha.

Hey guys I'm at a loss right now & I need a bit of help...where I'm from... the Xiaomi mi 11 lite with 8gigs of RAM happens to be a lot cheaper than the Redmi Note 10 pro with 6 gigs of RAM & I absolutely have no idea on which one to pick🥲

But after some updates on the Redmi Note 10 Pro would you say there has been some camera improvements (or have remain consistent) in terms of colour rendition, white balance, detail & sharpness, dynamic range overall Vs the Mi 11 Lite 5G? I also heard the Redmi got the Dolby Atmos feature after an update?

Only real diffrence between them is image stabilization battery and reftresh rate
They're both very good, but I think I'll go for Mi 11 Lite because it's very thin and light. Also I like its design a bit more.
And you are not wrong , that thickness and lightness makes a big difference and overall amazing phone, i have it for couple of days and I am a die hard Samsung fan and I am very positively surprised by this phone.

to be honest I love more these night pictures on Mi 11 Lite, idk, seems more natural for the night, on Note 10 Pro in my opinion is too much light on dark pictures and I don't like that, for me 11 Lite is better on photos/videos.

Honestly the selfie camera on my phone is a waste of space and resources in my opinion.
Ironically it's the note 10 pro I got.

Should put in WiFi and data connection test as standard in your comparison. WiFi and 4G/5G sensitivity, and WiFi should be tested one after the other, not at the same time.

Is there any difference in terms of after sale, Android/miui update, or other quality and user related level between Xiaomi and Redmi brands? I know they are similar but Redmi is usually the lower one.
Usually Xiaomi mi serries recieve update more faster than redmi serries , and mi serries didnt have shitty ads inside

note 10 has 120 hz display so the processor has to push much more pixels that's why the app opening is slower...but you have to sacrifice this for the faster refresh rate...🌝

I wish more people would realise that battery life, and how good the cameras are are both far more important than how quickly the device starts up, or whether the Instagram App takes a millisecond too long to bring up Instagram.
I would rather buy a phone with a good camera and battery life but which wasn't the fastest, than one which is speedier but has inferior cameras. But that's just me. Plenty of others will say the opposite!

Performance wise mi 11 lite is better but it's just a difference of microseconds,which for me both have same performance, camera quality is better in note 10 pro, however video stabilization is better in mi 11 lite..and also mi 11 lite is 4k more costlier at a price of 22k for 6gb-128 gb whereas same specs for redmi note 10 pro is available at 18k...choice is yours...just purchased note 10 pro...😁😁 N it's awesome..

I owned mi 11lite..so far its pretty impressive in terms of performance.. but the worst thing about this phone is 'black crush issue' . Honestly, it was super annoying. I cant even stream movies clearly especially for the black part.

my Redmi note 10 pro screen is brilliant enough. I've not once bothered about color range on bloody phones till I heard about the mi 11 lite.
Color range matters more on large movie viewing screens like TVs and Monitors. Its been like that for a long time.
You don't hear anyone talking about the mi 11 lite colors like it's the best thing ever made.
Sure it may be better display, but it's not the phone for me. And people who want more features.

Why it's a draw in Camera?
Mi 11Lite 4K EIS, better steady mode, more realistic colors, shots in auto mode the Mi 11Lite is 16 mpx, while in the Note 10 Pro is 12 mpx.
Porbably you just have more detail in Note 10 Pro if you choose the 108mpx shot, and you need to zoom the image to see it.

Make sure to watch the durability test of both phones. Mi 11 lite much premium And passed the bend test. The redmi note 10 pro didn't. Also mi 11 lite passed the drop test

depends on your preference, literally the chipset is same, only the build is difference. camera, screen and battery. there are pros and cons for each of them, so back to what is your consideration that you think you want to take into account.

Both are good but RN10 has better details in macros and photos while Mi 11 lite is better in video recording. For the camera module, mi 11 lite is near flat while RN10 is protruded and bulky.

@@mair-un-nisazehri8441 it does great, i haven't encounter major issue in 3 months of usage. Everything work very smoothly. The only minor issu i got was a batterry draining overnight, wich i corrected by disabling all apps from working In the background.
