Definitely have to agree about p.44 pantera and udes 14 5. Beautiful tanks to play and have. But often enough, playing tier 8 tech tree tanks can get frustrating when you get put to bottom tier. Which practically means no dpm, no armor, no pen and no hit points against higher tiers. Therefore I just don't have enough of an incentive to keep or play tier 8 tech tree tanks any longer than one would use them to grind xp for the next tier.
That's one of the reasons I started adding more heavily armed TD's to my garage. I choose those TD's that can pen with AP at tier 8 and some tier 9, but I can switch to premium rounds for tier 10 tanks. Most of them are slow, but then I'm old and slow myself, so it's a great match!
T 44 is like a classic sports car, it may be under powered on paper, but the raw driving experience of it is amazing.
I love my T 44 100 for these reasons the gun handling and agility is pure joy, jus driving about dodging buildings is good fun, and it snap shots on the move like a GOD!
Think it's time i played it again now.
The t44-100 is way better then techtree t44.
At least according to some of my friends who played both.

I recently got the T-44 and in my first game I shredded a T-54 sidescrapping, still with the T-43 gun. I don't get consistently good results with it, but when I do it just feels so good, kind of like good games with T-30
This is not only Skill's top 3 favourite tech tree tier 8 meds. In my view, these are also the only tier 8 tech tree meds that are still (fairly) competitive against all those premium tier 8 meds.
I love the T-44! One of my favorite tanks. It just does everything well. It isn't the best at anything, but it really good at everything.
Hey skill , I recently found out that if you use the "canon da 105/76 " with the upgraded turret on the PROGETTO C50 MOD. 66 your 320 alpha clip go's from 3 shells to 4 . Could you do a video showing off this gun and how you would use it , I think its really cool "easter egg " in the game .
I knew the Udes was one as I saw you in battle (was the Skoda T56 on the enemy team), agree about the P.44 it can be fun, I think players underestimate it as it's worse than 46.
actually prefer the Pantera over the Progetto myself. dont really know what it is, 2 marked Pantera just feels better with the same crew. t44 is a classic, pen is trash. my favorite tier8 techtree med is Udes 14/5. good alpha, can snipe, 3 marked it. Pantera and Udes are very f2p friendly, tops in standard pen for meds at tier.

In the Udes game, I humbly think you should have been firing gold from the point at where they started pushing heavily. There were at least 3 shots that would have penned had they been gold, and that would have possibly cleared out tanks faster and maybe might have given you a better chance at winning that game. Otherwise a beautiful showcase, love the non-premium versions of these!

I've got the UDES, and really like that one for a tech tree medium. One of my more played mediums.
T44, P44 and 8.8cm on the panther II. I got the feels haha. I'll see if i am right.
Clapping ebr with udes sure feels nice with that shell velocity.
I got 4k damage with 1.5k spots in a tier 10 game in T 44, I used to hate it but now I appreciate it’s beauty

T44 was a surprise for me when I got it, I wasn't expecting it to be so damn good.

That last team really sucked. The enemy's were all by the castle, leaving the rest of the map open yet your team loses all flanks anyway! Or maybe it was Mr. RNG that decided who was to win.

T-44 is probably the only tank from tier VIII with which I've ever played that I got a second mark of excellence on before unlocking the next tank in line.
I also like pantera better than progetto. Better mobility and shell velocity, even little bit better camo and you do bounce from time to time. Works better for me for some reason. I know in theory progetto is better.

I grinded through tier 10 and kept the Pantera (great tank!). A couple years ago I had a Prog46 rental, moved my crew over and found I was quite a bit better with the Pantera.
Progetto 46 is miles ahead of pantera because it has more dpm, better turret, better premium ammunition and smaller intra clip

one thing ive learn't when playing wot never expect anything from your team it will most likely get u killed

WG nerfed AMXM454 and they said for the "maintaining the consistency of characteristics in this branch" purpose, they also nerf AMX65t, which is already a shitty tank.
But they buffed t57 heavy and didn't buff t69 which is literally the worst T8 medium, somehow WG think this branch don't need to "maintain the consistency of characteristics"
The first 2 tanks are my favorite too, but UDES is quite a nightmare since you even get penned by PTK with HE in the turret while staying hull down at a maximum depresion angle and the gun stabilization is quite trash.

Udes... Oooooo Udes, beautiful tank, good camo + good vision + amazing gun.
Like I said love Pantera better than Progeto, I skiped t7,8 and 9 till obj140 but I have played t44 on my 65 year dad account few Times and with the big dpm gun is ok and I liked the swedish medium line from tier 8 up ,2 marks on that tier 8 with out chaising marks.
Now do top 8 tier III tanks :D

Is t69 on full gold bad? I remember that i had a blast years ago when i played this tank, and I had the highest dmg per battle on tier VIII on this tank.
its dpm just bad. The gun handling and ballistics of the premium shells is not good as well. Its armor protects only from common HE from the front. So its rather weak. Especially if you compare it to 44 pantera or prog 46
I prefer more the udes t9 than the t8, dont know why but I felt I can bounce and do better things with it than with the t8
It has better armor and better mm, but the gun is worse, you need more luck, so depends on personal preference.
@@Eshelion yea thats what I heard, but I felt that I missed more shoot with the t8 than the t9. Maybe I just had bad rng lucky with the t8 who knows

When I played with T-44 some years ago it was crap.
I would swap out STA-1 for Indian Panzer for HM, but everything else could not agree more :) STA-1 gun handling just doesn't work for me...

T44 near perfect tank. Armor can troll equal and lower tiers, gun is reliable, super maneuverable… and you can derp with a 122mm however it’s a trash gun aside from alpha.

I played the progetto before the Pantera, and boy did the pantera feel so sluggish, really did not enjoy it, I think it's probably good but after being spoiled by progetto it felt so bad.

Agree on Pantera and Udes. But I just cannot stand T-44 🙅🏻♂️ The gun was horrible to me even with 5 perk crew and food, armor not existing and mobility average. And also no view range. I know, that everyone likes different things, but that tank just wasn't my cup of tea.
its a weird thing, bro. T-44 is my only 3 moe tank and I love it to bits, can do everything and my crew isnt as good as yours, and played almost only without food. Dont front line with it and just pick enemies apart that are fighting someone else, idk

Believe it or not, I really dont like the t44. It is sitting in my garage collecting dust because the stock grind is terrible.
Pantera was one of the worst experiences I had. 1.2k dpg in a tier8 medium. I do better in tier 5.
