This is the single greatest martial arts tutorial video I've ever seen. I've seen so many of these movements highlighted in Brendan Dorman's (who sent me here btw) video on rhythm in Cuban boxing and have been trying to incorporate them into my shadow. Now that I can see each movement showcased in isolation and put a name to it, I have so much more confidence in my ability to sharpen each of the movements. This is the first video I've watched but I can tell this is a gold mine.

I just discovered your channel this morning. You condense so much information into each video. I keep notes on tactics and techniques to practice - kind of building a fighting manual for myself. It took so long to bit by bit compile it from watching boxing channels, watching fights, fighter breakdowns, different martial arts, advice from teachers, what I learn from sparring different people, etc. After a few years of working on my notes I started seeing mostly the same information explained in different ways by different people. But after watching a few of your videos this morning I've seen a lot of ideas that I haven't seen broken down before. And no one just laid all the info out so clearly. Thanks for the great content! I will be using it to practice now.

Liking this channel a lot straight to the point a lot of techniques. One I use a lot I call Bruce lee shuffle. Instead of regular shuffle going back where lead foot almost hits back leg and scoot it back I pull my lead leg off to side a little so if in left stance your lead leg lands more to the left and rear leg follows after lead leg lands

Beautiful footwork. I would have to train perfectly to remember to keep hands up when bending more from the waist. It must be tempting to drop the hands to counter balance.
As a shorty I think I'd get nailed trying to keep my front arm extended to touch my opponent's glove.....
