Despite Heard testifying about rumors that Moss was pushed down the stairs by Depp, he and Moss herself both testified that she fell because the stairs were slippery from the rain. Depp said he told Heard the true story and she later twisted it and made up the push.

Only panic attack I ever had was meeting the man who choked me in the back hall of the courthouse accidentally, while we were both arriving for our court date. He was in custody but I went into full flight, sprinted away around several corners and hyperventilated for a few minutes behind a bench. Court staff definitely noticed. It's not something you can fake.
You can also try not to react but if someone has looked you in the eyes while choking you completely out...you can't just react normally.
