Avoid using Srilankan airlines as they are the least responsible airline I've ever encountered in my life. During luggage deplaning on 10th December 2017, my one bag got badly damaged. It was impossible to lodge a complaint on the spot. Next day, when I lodge a complaint on their online site, they told me that they would consider my request. Till date, on 12th May 2018, after repeated inquiries, they have yet not given any satisfactory answer or compensation. It has remained a humiliating experience! Avoid Srilankan Airlines for peaceful and safe journey.
